A must watch!!!
STORY: I hadn't seen the manga or anime beforehand so I went into it quite blindly. I knew that I just had to check it out after seeing such great reviews and knowing that Takeru Satoh was in here. I think the story is amazing and the way it portrays the role of samurais in the Meiji era was really interesting (thank you history class). The story moved at a perfect pace that didn't feel slow or fast. The end was satisfying and they did well to establish a bit of Kenshin's backstory in a very emotional way at the beginning.ACTING/CAST: The cast were perfect especially Takeru Satoh and Emi Takei which took me by surprise as I didn't enjoy her other roles as much. Everyone fit their roles perfectly and I think that Takeru was able to balance between adorable and a serious killer well. I felt alllll the emotions watching this thanks to the cast.
MUSIC: The music is amazing and it gets me sooo hyped during the battles. While they do end up using this same soundtrack for the later movies I don't blame them because the music is really really great!
REWATCH VALUE: I will DEFINITELY rewatch this masterpiece because the battles are just that amazing. The running, sword fights, and quick movements are just absolutely amazing and stunning. I couldn't help but squeal and scream at every action that I thought was cool. I think it's awesome that the cast do their own stunts. After you watch the movie try to check out the behind that scenes because it'll make you appreciate it better!

Interesting entertainment
I don't know what it is with Japanese people but they seem to really like death games and I'm all here for it. As the Gods Will, will definitely keep you entertained throughout the whole movie with twisted "fun" games. My eyes were glued to screen and one scene had me visibly cringing into myself. The characters weren't as developed as I wished but you're here for the gore and wackiness not character depth. The acting wasn't bad, I was able to feel some of the character's horrible pain so I guess that's good. I'd want to rewatch this with friends just to see their reactions. I didn't really pay attention to the music so I don't think there's anything to be said there. Check it out for fun and even better with a group of friends!~Questa recensione ti è stata utile?

Not the drama for me
STORY: The beginning of the drama seemed very promising to me but towards the end I felt like I had to force myself to finish. Every episode had something happening and it was never boring but I never felt much other than "It's entertaining". I didn't feel emotional, giddy, or excited during or after watching the episodes. I also didn't find the fighting scenes that fun or intense. Another thing was that the romance was S L O W, I was really sad that it didn't develop more. I think it deserves only 7.5 stars because it didn't leave a lasting impression on me at all with the story even though it was a good idea.ACTING/CAST: I love Narimiya Hiroki because I do think that he is a great actor from other dramas that I've seen him in but he didn't shine in this one. Naka Riisa's character was adorable and I enjoyed watching her on screen. The cast were great but their characters weren't that memorable. None of them held a place in my heart and I didn't feel apart of the drama but instead felt like I was on the sidelines. It seemed that many of the characters were too bland or unlikeable to me.
MUSIC: I didn't enjoy the ending song as much as I wanted to but it's definitely a song that others would enjoy, just not me. I didn't really pay attention to any other songs in the drama either so it wasn't anything special.
REWATCH VALUE: I really really wanted to enjoy this drama but I couldn't find myself doing that. Because I grudgingly had to finish it I don't think I'd be able to rewatch it anytime soon. It is a good drama but one that isn't as special to me as many others that I've seen. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't watch it because people should definitely give it a try~!

It's cute and simple~
STORY: There aren't that many reverse-harem live action dramas out there so I was extremely happy to find this. However even though it is a reverse-harem there isn't as much as I expected or wanted which was a little disappointing but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The story is a fairly simple one but something interesting happens every episode. It's not a drama that would make you cry but it'll definitely make you smile and laugh. It doesn't take itself too seriously and can be silly mainly because it was based off a manga. I haven't read the manga yet so I can't compare it but you shouldn't need to read it to like the drama. The movie poster is a little odd in my opinion because it gave me a different feeling from how the actual movie is. If you have spare time and want to watch something fun and short, this is it. I really wish there was a second season!ACTING/CAST: I loved the cast especially the girl and the group of boys. There wasn't anything amazing with their acting because it didn't need to be. I loved how adorable the girl was and from the start I knew I'd like her. The boys were also just as cute with each personality being different from another so it was fun to see them interact on screen. Don't take the acting too seriously as it's not supposed to be taken seriously.
MUSIC: I don't think I noticed the music at all since there wasn't anything that stood out. For this part there isn't much to add on about it.
REWATCH VALUE: This section deserves it's 10 stars for me because of how many times I've rewatched this show and not get bored. I still get that same giddy feeling when the actors act romantically towards another and the story isn't something that ever gets tiring. It's also because I'm obsessed with rewatching dramas that I love.

Had me hooked the entire time~
STORY: After watching the Hunger Games a while back and loving it, my brother suggested Battle Royale. Let me say that they are NOT that similar at all. I love both but they are completely different so don't come into this with the Hunger Games in mind. I don't mind blood or death in movies and this movie had a good amount which is only expected and I wasn't disappointed one bit. This movie can be pretty dark but it's not too uncomfortable and fits in perfectly. The story wasn't too complex and the few twists and foreshadowing kept me hooked. I found my self keeping my eyes glued to the TV because no part of it was boring. It makes you wonder what it would be like if this happened in real life and although the concept was over the top, what happened wasn't unrealistic.ACTING/CAST: The cast I think were perfect and I felt involved as the story played through. The acting felt real as if though this is how people outside of the movie would react in this kind of situation. I've never seen any actors from this movie in any other Japanese movies or shows that I've watched so far so I have a long way to go. I'm sure some of the main actors are in other great movies that I can't wait to see.
MUSIC: I actually didn't notice or remember any of the music so I can't give a perfect or exact rating. However if the music was bad then I would've noticed it right away. Like I said I was hooked the entire time so the music probably wasn't bad in the first place.
REWATCH VALUE: I haven't rewatched it yet but I most definitely will in the future with someone else. The reason why I felt it didn't deserve 10 stars was because although rewatching it would still be fun, you won't get that amazing impact for the first time watching it again. That shock factor of course won't be there like it was before but rewatching it for fun by yourself or with someone is great either way.
Overall it deserves a chance especially if you like the whole story because you won't be bored at all~!

Give this drama a try!
STORY: A lot of people's views seem to differ on this drama which I found quite surprising because it is as of now my favorite Korean drama. My 10/10 review for everything might seem a bit over the top but I can't express more so on how much I LOVE this drama. I went into the drama blindly, however with knowing that the main character would be strong as the title states. I see that the reviews usually talk about a messy storyline. I honestly thought that it flowed quite well between romance and crime. Every episode was exciting with me wanting more and the ending was satisfying.ACTING/CAST: Park Bo-young and Park Hyung-sik are amazing in this drama. I've never seen them in anything else before watching this so I was blown away with seeing them act for my first time. Their chemistry was lovely as hell and I was basically a giddy school girl during sweeter scenes. I can't express how strong my emotions were while watching them act. I laughed (loudly), (ugly) cried, and felt literally every other emotion watching them together. The other actors were of course amazing as well since it all felt real the way it was presented.
MUSIC: OH how I love the music! I would, after watching, search up the whole OST after trying to poorly sing along when my favorite songs played during a scene. The songs fit perfectly and introduced me to new Korean artists that I hadn't known about before. It makes you more immersed with the scenes.
REWATCH VALUE: I'm known to rewatch everything that I love too many times after watching it. This is exactly what I did with this drama. Not only did I rewatch my favorite scenes but everything from the start as well and surprisingly felt the same emotions over again like I hadn't watched it before. I highly recommend this drama and recommend that when you do watch it, make sure you have spare time to watch it through in one go since it'll be even more fun that way~! <3
