Uh
Before I start my lil rant, lemme clarify this : You Make Me Dance is not a bad drama, just not my kind of drama.
With that being said, I still have to honestly say that I believe my already low IQ dropped a lot after watching all the eight short episodes. The plot was ridiculous, and the plotholes were so blatantly in my face. The cheesiness was full on from the first till the last episodes. I get that it was a short drama, but it felt like they couldn't care less about telling a story that makes sense.
Lemme point out the things that didn't work for me:
1. The debt premise. - The debtor lived in a fancy house and didn't even have any real job to sustain himself - he simply danced his heart out, hoping that his debt will magically disappear. Why oh why?
2. The hurt leg. - Someone intentionally hurt your leg, an important part of your body that your entire life depended on, and voila you simply let them walk away freely from you without even getting angry at them? Mind you, you don't even deserve it in the first place and didn't even get as much as an apology from it.
3. The I'll push my beloved away and hurt their feelings and be cold just because I gotta go somewhere far. What kind of bs is this in this modern era?!
4. The fancy house and the lack of job. Dude, if you were really that struggling with money, find sth less fancy to live in and get a freaking job!
5. The tied legs. Dude, use your hands and freaking undo it instead of hopping around like an idiot!
There were many others but I'm too tired to type them all out.
And I think the acting was pretty bad for a Kdrama with unnatural scenes playing throughout the 8 episodes.
