Really enjoyed this drama - Kyungsoo deserves the hype, since he drew me in as Crown Prince Yul and Wondeuk. Nam Jihyun's character can frustrate you every now and then, but don't let it stop you from watching this drama. I'm not fond of sageuks - they're too politicky, too many characters with their hands stirring the pot and in the end I can't keep up. But if you're looking to start watching them, I think 100 Days My Prince is a good gateway drama - it just has the right amount of politics to keep me interested but doesn't take over the story, and also has plenty of fluff and comedy.

The romance also kept me going - I love a good fluff to balance out angst. The only things keeping me from giving this series a 10 is: one, Mooyeon and the Crown Princess' story had me rooting for them, but I can't say Mooyeon didn't have it coming. He had too much blood on his hands for him to escape from his life as an assassin cleanly. I just wish it hadn't been so sudden or tragic. Two, I CAN'T WITH HONGSHIM AND HER RELUCTANCE TO BE WITH YUL AFTER THE DEATH OF THE VICE PREMIER. Like I get you're thinking of him and his future, BUT YOU DESERVE IT TOO.

If you feel like the beginning drags a bit, I'd say power through it - the drama really does pick up towards its latter half, when Wondeuk/Yul starts regaining his memories and the small village world of Wondeuk and the palace life of Yul start to mix.

Watched mainly for Mackenyu, which means I didn't know what to expect from everyone else. Which is good, because the movie as a whole required that you suspend your sense of logic while watching it - the main character vacillated between two guys, her "best friend" constantly made her life hell, and just my entire thought while watching was "why???"

Nagano Mei was the only decent actress in this, and despite her character's actions and motivations I like how she made Sae seem less like a caricature. Inoo Kei and Yamamoto Mizuki were ok, but this is the only project I've seen them in.

Basically - I would not watch this again, the one time I've watched it is good enough. Maybe I need to read the manga to understand it better.

The description is sparse, but I honestly think that it's all you need to know before you watch the drama. It's best to get to know the characters as you watch, because it's how I appreciated Jiyoung and Byuksoo and how human and relatable they felt. Their personalities are polar opposities - Byuksoo can't go without companionship, while Jiyoung prefers to be left alone no matter what the situation. I was wondering how they'd be thrown together and it turned out to be one of my favorite scenes.

They both grow and learn from each other, which the show managed to showcase so well in such little time and while I wish the ending was more fleshed out, I still think it's perfect for their story.  Watch if you like heartfelt stories, a cute romance, and an even cuter cat.

This went absolutely nowhere, and while I don't regret watching it, because it really was kind of fun, I just remember all the times I had felt SO FRUSTRATED because of so many unnecessary bits of plot and lines thrown in the drama. You expect spy action thrillers to be fast-paced, everybody filled with some sort of urgency (including the audience), but everyone took their sweet time. It was one of my pet peeves in this drama - every action, line had to have some sort of prompt WHEN IT COULD'VE KEPT GOING without the unnecessary interventions.

The romance felt so forced, especially since I felt Hae-in didn't have any personality in the beginning. I guess she does start to gain one later on, but by then I felt like it was too Mary Sue-ish for me. Jung-woo's smitten puppy dog behavior around Hae-in also grated on my nerves because all I could think of was WHY???

I ended up rooting for the bad guys early on, to be honest. NTS' agents had too many feelings (and too many romantic entanglements) for it to be as effective as it needed to be. Kim Min Jong's character was one of the reasons why I decided to continue watching since his story was one I found quite interesting, even though I didn't quite get why he got so involved until the end. Kim So Yeon's cameo was so great as well.

Watch if you like action - feel free to skip the romance scenes, you won't miss anything. My favorite scenes are from the Italy sequence early in the drama, the standout one being the one where Haein cuts the throat of a dude with a cord while holding eye contact with Jungwoo.

If I were to compare Anthology to something, it would be a daydream - fleeting and brief, but something you like to return to again and again, if only for the feelings it brings you. It's a one-episode drama, so I honestly didn't know what to expect but I knew not to set my expectations high. I was, however, pleasantly surprised by how it all turned out, even if there are points I would've liked to explore more. One is also a passable actor in this, even if I found his earlier scenes a bit awkward - he gets better as the hour passes. Shin Eunsoo plays a similar character to her previous work, Vanishing Time, wherein she wasn't quite endearing but had her reasons.

Overall, while Anthology didn't have much room to work with, only having over an hour, I thought it did quite well in evoking what it feels like to have a first love and managed to bring the fluff. Definitely watch if you'd like a quick break and first love stories.

I'd just like to thank this mini-drama for introducing me to Lee Seowon, who is a cutie, as well as providing me with a solid two hours of fluff and heartache, in equal measure. Last Minute Romance is a pretty standard contract relationship trope drama, but the twists throughout make it somewhat refreshing. The acting is pretty good, mostly okay - Han Seung-yeon portrayed Baek Se's emotions pretty well, except for when she was already feeling pain or when Baek Se was particularly sad, because I really couldn't connect to her at all during those moments.

I also enjoyed the parodies throughout, they were very much fun for me. Overall, a good pick for a drama if you have some time to kill - has the right amount of fluff (sometimes too much, but I'm not complaining) but also just enough angst.

I think what I like most about this drama is that there's no bad guy - there are no villains plotting the downfall of the leads, no scheming ex, and no clingy second-leads - and the ride is smooth, but not uneventful. All the characters have an arc of their own, all of them satisfying.

Chan is probably my favorite character, with his youthful enthusiasm and abandon, but when it came to facing his feelings and owning up to them, he was probably the most mature. This is Ahn Hyoseop's best role to date, and I think it showcased his potential to grow as an actor.

Yang Sejong and Shin Hyesun were revelations! This is the first time I've watched them in dramas and I look forward to their other projects :)

I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a kdrama that is light on drama, but still comes with lots of feelings and heart :) also, watch if you like dogs! Deokgu was one of the reasons I kept on tuning in - I looked forward to seeing how they'd incorporate him into scenes each week.
