my ratings explanation

0-3: hated it, think its toxic

4-5: i didnt like it, waste of time

5: average, not good, not bad

6-7: it was above average, i liked it

8-9: beautiful, artwork, loved it

10: actual masterpiece!

my favorite genres

romance: not surprising, most kdramas are part of the romance genre but still, its majority of what  watch so  feel it needs to be said

drama/melodrama: i love really dramatic scenarios that arent possible in real life. i love watching shows that will make me cry or deeply invest me in the character lives.

youth: i find it really hard to watch shows with older characters that are in their thirties - forties, but i always thoroughly enjoy dramas where the characters are in their teens or early twenties

my least favorite genres

time travel: i just hate it. its annoying. the story line always changes to the craziest thing and so many misconceptions can occur or plot holes n the story line, i just hate them. i avoid them if possible.

law/crime: i like american crime shows but i cant stand korean ones. there is only one law/crime drama that i actually enjoyed and that was lawless lawyer and im slightly biased because i love lee joon ki. they're just boring. they focus on one case for the hole show or only focus on the character growth an their backstories rather than solving any actual crimes so their boring.

medical: ill watch them occasionally, but they tend to do the same thin that law/crime dramas do which makes them boring an uninteresting, in my opinion.
