BL Series with Sad Endings

Main couple did continue to go together but many that didn't deserve to, died

Boston and Nick, one of the 3 main couples, did not end up together. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not really disappointed in Nick's choice; would've liked whatever he picked.

Specifically with KimPorchay's story

Wen Kexing dies, leaving Zhou Zishu alone (Not counting the epilogue)

Dika and Chadok's story 

Added bc RamKing's story did not get properly wrapped up and TharaFrong's relationship didn't develop well enough to get romantic 

Leon and Pobphab, the second lead couple, went on separate paths. Even in the special episode, teased us but still no happy ending for them.

Although the reincarnated versions of them did get together, still adding it as Intouch and Korn themselves didn't have a happy ending

Although the 2 at the end get together, the 2 guys don't since one died.

Has a open ending but the dance scene really sticks to me when thinking of the ending to this.

More of an open ending for Jaab and Jen

Did end up together, just in the afterlife, though they did have to wait until the other died to be reunited

As a result of Perth's and Saint's managers' situation, Saint did not play the role of Pete in the second season; making the couple be broken up for adjustments

Wouldn't call it a BL but Way and Kim do have a sad ending as they are separated by death

I get why they wanted to make a second season and why Hyun Jun couldn't join, but I would've preferred it they just let the story end with the first season as the second season essentially leaving Yeon Woo without Yoo Han or Se Hyun

Depends on how you want to interpret it but seeing as how in the end, Yong Ju doesn't get real closure on the matter, I would say that it still ended in an upsetting manner

Would depend on what pairing you hoped would end up together, specifically between the first 2 main leads that were introduced

You can say that it was a happy ending as they still got to be together or a sad one because both died, up to you

Very open ending (I think?)

The ending was a bit confusing but ended up putting it on here since the main couple did get to be together in a way, but one forgets their memories together so...
