That's difficult - with slow burn romances, sometimes I feel as though the main characters should be taking vitamins. I'll say slow burn as long as there is at least a strong attraction from near the start.

Blind date

Lead character  is in a lengthy coma from which he/she may never wake (includes a time jump months or even years forward to when this person awakes).  Or... lead character has amnesia for many, if not most, episodes.

workplace drama

Rich FL or Poor FL
