Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee will reportedly work together in a new drama!
On August 29th, media outlet Newsen reported that Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee would join hands and work together in the upcoming drama titled "The Price of Confession" (literal translation). The drama will be helmed by famous director Lee Eung Bok who's known for directing the dramas "Dream High," "School 2013," "Descendants of the Sun," "Goblin," "Mr. Sunshine," "Sweet Home," and more.
If Song Hye Kyo confirms her casting, this will be her reunion with the director since "Descendants of the Sun." Meanwhile, this will possibly be Han So Hee's first project with the director.
Han So Hee's agency 9ATO Entertainment confirmed that the actress got the offer to star in the drama and she is currently reviewing it.
Song Hye Kyo's agency UAA also responded to the reports and stated that "The Price of Confession" is one of the works the actress reviews.
"The Price of Confession" will showcase the bloody chronicle between two women surrounding a murder case. The series will be the collaboration work of director Lee Eung Bok and writer Kwon Jong Wan ("Proof of Innocence" and "Sad Movie."
Song Hye Kyo got the offer to play the role of Ahn Yoon Soo, an art teacher. All she dreams of in life is small happiness but she gets involved in an unexpected incident that changed her life. For this year, the actress didn't participate in any dramas. In 2023, Song Hye Kyo will lead the upcoming series "The Glory."
Han So Hee on the other hand got the offer to portray the mysterious woman named Mo Eun. She has an antisocial personality that makes everyone fear her. As she asks for the help of Yoon Soo, there will be a great change in her life. If Han So Hee confirms her casting, this will be her second upcoming drama. The actress is set to star in the upcoming drama "K Project" together with Park Seo Joon and Wi Ha Joon.
