2024 Manga Adaptations (January - June)
The new Korean variety show Seoul Mate, produced by O’live and CJ E&M, is offering foreigners a chance to live with famous Korean celebrities - in their homes.
In August 2017, they announced via their official Facebook page that they were looking for global participants, who if chosen, would fly to Korea for the shooting and get the unique experience of living in a Korean superstar's home for 2-3 days. I'm not sure if the traveling fees were covered by the production company though. The contest ended in September (yeah I know, sorry for not letting you guys know sooner but I didn't know about it either *sad face*).
The first episode was released on November 11, 2017. SeoulMate airs every Saturday at 6 p.m. KST on Olive and tvN. You can see the teaser below.
Some of the celebrities who have already participated or will participate in the future are: Goo Ha Ra, Kim Sook, Lee Ki Woo, Jang Seo Hee, and Kim Joon Ho.
It's very possible that they will open the contest again or perhaps they are still receiving applications. Go to the official Facebook for more info.
