"Good Partner" actor Ji Seung Hyun to make a special appearance in "The Fiery Priest 2"

"Nation's Adulterer" Ji Seung Hyun will meet Kim Nam Gil in the upcoming K-drama The Fiery Priest Season 2. 

Media outlet OSEN reported on September 12 that Ji Seung Hyun will be making a special cameo appearance in another SBS K-drama. He will meet the main lead Kim Nam Gil in the new season of The Fiery Priest. 

Ji Seung Hyun is currently one of the hottest actors in Korea because of his excellent portrayal in the K-drama Good Partner. Many labeled him as the nation's adulterer because of his great skills and great chemistry with Jang Na Ra, Han Jae Yi, and her daughter in the drama, Yuna.

The Fiery Priest Season 2 will be his follow-up project after Good Partner. The actor is also set to star in the upcoming movie Veranda alongside Jeon So Min, Ha Soo Ho, Jeong Hee Tae, and VIXX's Leo.

Ji Seung Hyun is known for being part of the K-dramas Korea-Khitan War, The Worst of Evil, My Dearest, Why Her?, You Are My Spring, My Country: The New Age, Search: WWW, and more.

The Fiery Priest Season 2 will continue to showcase the story of a hot-tempered Catholic priest Kim Hae Il and Gudam Police Station detective Goo Dae Young who joined forces for an investigation. For the new season, they will be heading to Busan. 

Director Park Bo Ram and writer Park Jae Bum will work together for the new season. 

The K-drama will be led by Kim Nam Gil, Kim Sung Kyun, Lee Ha Nee, BIBI, and the new villains Sung Joon and Seo Hyun Woo. 

There are no reports yet on the role that Ji Seung Hyun will portray in the upcoming series. 

The Fiery Priest Season 2 will premiere in the second half of 2024.
