Actress Park Ye Young is joining the star-studded cast lineup of 'When the Stars Gossip'
Kim Min Jung will make a special cameo appearance in the ongoing K-drama Check in Hanyang.
On December 27, Channel A released the still cuts of Kim Min Jung's cameo appearance.
This will be the first K-drama project of Kim Min Jung for 2024. The actress last starred in the 2021 series The Devil Judge with Ji Sung, Park Jin Young, Park Gyu Young, Jeon Chae Eun, and Kim Jae Kyung.
Last year, Kim Min Jung also made a cameo appearance in the Netflix original K-drama Daily Dose of Sunshine led by Park Bo Young, Yeon Woo Jin, Jang Dong Yoon, Lee Jung Eun, Lee Yi Dam, and Lee Sang Hee.
Check in Hanyang will be the comeback of Kim Min Jung to the historical genre after six years. She made an impact in her role in the 2018 historical K-drama Mr. Sunshine.
Kim Min Jung is known for being part of the K-dramas My Fellow Citizens, Man to Man, The Merchant: Gaekju 2015, Gap Dong, Fashion 70's, and more.
Check in Hanyang is a romance comedy set in the Joseon Dynasty era. It showcases the stories of three men and one woman who will enter Yongcheonru, the largest guest house in Joseon.
Bae In Hyuk, Kim Ji Eun, Jung Gun Joo, DKZ's Park Jae Chan, and Han Jae Suk are the main leads of the K-drama.
Check in Hanyang is the latest work of director Myung Hyun Woo (My Man Is Cupid and Miracle) and screenwriter Park Hyun Jin (Love and Leashes and Like for Likes).
Kim Min Jung will portray the role of Seol Mae Hwa. She is the general manager of Yongcheonru, the largest guest house in Joseon. In the series, she will showcase her relationship with Kim Ji Eun's character Hong Deok Su.
The third episode of Check in Hanyang will premiere on December 28 at 7:50 PM KST.
