Both drama revolves around the law with comedy and romance. Both of the main female character are quite similar like not being responsible to their job and then someone will go into their life and understand how to become a good prosecutor/lawyer.
Both main leads go through character growth that make you fall in love with them. All the main characters bring out empathy from the watchers. They both deal with court/law. Lee Jong Suk and Park Shi Hoo's characters lean more to the anti-hero side then the hero side, straddling the line between dark and light. Both will get you hooked once your past the first episode.
Both dramas focus around law and court cases, although they are on different sides with I Hear Your Voice being about public defenders and Prosecutor Princess being about prosecutors. The main female leads also go through amazing character development in both dramas and the romance is also super cute.
because of the mystery revolving around the male leads, the prosecutors, there`s not much action in PP as in CH but still...and the love stories resemble each other even though in CH he wasn`t taking revenge on her but even so, and i feel like even the OST is similar ^___^
It might sound strange to compare a drama set in modern times with a historical drama, but honestly, if the setting doesn't bother you, then you might find these two dramas eerily similar.
-Both have ML's set on revenge against the FL's father.
-In both dramas, the MLs is first seen as light-hearted and charming, yet as the drama progresses, both ML become more serious and gloomier. Because of their darker disposition, both MLs push their love interests away.
-Both FL's are immature in the beginning (however, in Prosecutor Princess, it is more apparent). but they mature as the plot progresses.
-Park Shi Hoo is the ML for both dramas
There are plenty more similarities, but if I mentioned them, they would spoil the story too much.

Although these dramas aren't at all alike in storyline or theme, they're both fluffy, fun and light dramas that are feel-good romantic comedies. Both have very lovable male leads who fall head-over-heels for the female lead, both of whom are a bit ditzy, scatterbrained and ignorant in the field of what life has in store for them. Both dramas circle around the marriage theme and the characters' future. Both of these dramas are on my top 10 list and are very worth watching when you're in the mood for something super romancy and heart-pounding.
they are really similar, a girl with a fashion sense enter the police/prosecutor profession. the only difference is that toshi actually knew what she was doing while in PP she had to be guided at the beginning.
Both dramas involves a female lead who were spoiled rich air heads that eventually transforms via great character development through series of trials, as they eventually try to develop their knowledge on their respective careers.
Both male leads in the drama are both conflicted with the dilemma that they should not fall in love with the female lead. Both dramas have revenge plots but eventually the male leads falls for the female lead and end up protecting the female lead. The female leads gets hurt by the knowledge of the background of the male leads but eventually could not resist loving the male lead despite his background but accepts him as himself rather than from where he is from and what he has done in the past.
If you love dramas that tackles on "Love that should not be" and "Love overcoming Hate" then both of these dramas are for you.
PLUS both leads in both dramas have AMAZING CHEMISTRY.

Female leads are spoiled, spend a lot of money on fashion and clubbing in the beginning but their character starts to grow slowly through the dramas. They both deal with difficulties at work and at home.
The male leads are quite rich, and handsome and have been through hard times. They are supportive of female leads.
