They both are school dramas that delve deeper into the challenges of student life. Sassy Go Go, looks into the impact of unhealthy pressure and the fear of not being enough. While, School 2013, looks into the limitations that are within our learning institutions and having to confront our past in order to move forward, sometimes meeting with success and sometimes without. Both of these dramas have well developed 'villains' whose anxieties and fears are genuine; allowing them to be accessible to viewers. In general, Sassy Go Go, maintains a more upbeat tone while discussing these topics in comparison to School 2013.
Both are set in high schools with students as the main characters. They focus on themes of bullying (and defense against it) and the strength of male friendships. Both have great bromances and sad parts, though School 2013 has a happier ending.
Both dramas take place at a school. Both dramas have a cool main character and both dramas focus more on real life social problems of school than romance.
in the School 2013 Special they mentioned Dream High since both dramas take place in a school and are about the problems young adults face and how teachers help them. Well and that's also pretty all they have in common as Dream High had romance while School 2013 did not have any romance ( but bromance).
They are both school dramas, boys fighting against each other, students in trouble and the teacher tries to sort it out. Both great dramas!
Since it's a remake I believe it will follow the same storyline of the original, where 2 friends separate due to circumstances and they reunite make amends as well as the side plots, so excited.
I get the same feeling watching the kids problems at school. There're gangs who pick on the weak and always feel the need to make everyone else be scared of them. Some students struggle with frienship and some other are pressured by their parents.
Both aren't school dramas where passionate teachers help solve the students problems. Some are solved between the students themselves.
In both dramas there are 2 boys struggling with their friendship. Some times they seem to be friends and some other times they seem to be opponents. These two are also the ones who aren't scared to go against the gang, but it doesn't mean that they always do. The brothership between these 2 boys are quite similar in both dramas.
The gangs in both drama are also similiar. They consist of 3 boys and are bullying the weak. The leader is actually scared that someone else in class is stronger then himself, so he always tries to show that he is the boss. The relationship between those 3 in the gang also gets tested.
So in both drama there're school, family and friendship problems.
High School - Love On adds romance and fantasy to it. Family also plays a bigger role then in School 2013. In School 2013 there is no significant romantic relationship. It focuses more on school, study, problemes between students, teachers and the parent association.

Both dramas involves bullying, friendship and teachers struggeling. Side point, the school in "School 2013" is mentioned in "Who Are You School 2015."
Both dramas deal with problems arising from korean high school system, which affects the lives of high school students and with the difficulties on the edge of childhood and maturity.
