Similar theme about vulnerable children being abused, injustice & the struggles of them & those around them. Word of caution: Silenced is much darker than Children of Nobody, dealing with sexual abuse and contains more explicit scenes.
Both dramas discuss about child abuse, and are not suitable for younger children to watch. You feel pity for both killers and question whether they're actually evil despite the fact that they are both murderers.
Children of nobody points out the psychology, while Secret Forest is more to the politics, but I did spot some similarities
-Children of Nobody is much darker than Secret Forest but the crime cases occurred bcs of the quite similar 'perspective' that the character had, which make them be in ambiguous side (good/evil).
-The collab between ML and FL that are from different job.
-both are somehow melancholic on its own way

Both shows about female leads who were once successful in their field of work but suddenly a psychological state they fall in make them feel uneasy and in perpetual depression.
The female leads have problems with their husbands who are leaning to their first love.
The female leads were pregnant and had miscarriage which make difficult form them to return being hardworking.
Both dramas have in common mystery and ambiguous sides in the sequence of events.

Both children of nobody and wonderful world are similiar in sense about how the mother lose their beloved son and also thier sanity while thier whole world collapse. CoNB is a serial killing atypical drama which focuses on healing which many twists while WW is a drama which focuses on redemption of a guilt.
Both dramas have that mystery storyline where you want to figure out who did what and why they did certain things. Also there is a mystery centering the main character of the story. Both are about revenge.
My first time making a recommendation, i don't really know what to say here, but these two dramas are both really good and both have a good mystery in them.
