Yeah, I agree, that one scene was one hell of a moment there. Everything was just... right! Setting, mood, scenery. And wow to the confession, that's what I call straight-forward. It makes it all look a bit more mature and I like that. And not only that but everything that happened after that, too. It's not your average love story, it's a bit more complicated and I'm excited to see how this is going.
Also, the story is very fast-pacing. There's no time to get bored.
But other than that... How many clichés were put in that one first episode? Not that I mind, I find it rather funny.
And I'm so in love with Han Seok Kyu and his voice. He's a great actor and he doesn't disappoint in this either. But I find myself falling for the other leading guy, too (not his looks, you know what I mean), and the leading couple just nailed it.
About the medical issues... Well, nothing really different from other medical dramas as they like to exaggerate things but... Please, there was a major accident. Don't just stand there as medical staff. Get your sh*** together and do what you're supposed to do.

What an awesome episode! By far one of the best, although the drama is already getting better by each new episode. But this one... it was exciting, it was funny, it was trembling. Great scriptwriting! Great cinematography! Great acting! Greatly placed background music! The music itself is incredible as well as the right timing to play it and letting it create an atmosphere that gives you goosebumps.
Even the (maybe) romance doesn't feel awkward or wrongly placed. It just fits in and has the right amount of everything. Not too cheesy or romantic, just right and matching the otherwise dark genre.
The big secret is revealed. At least to the viewers. And wow, the way the producers pulled of that finale scene was friggin' awesome.
What a great drama this is!
