the timing of this drama couldn't be anymore perfect.

gave me hope, and the serotonin I wanted
and more
for the first time, I think I have a comfort watch LMAO
never in my life would I have thought it would be a C-Drama

minus the lil family drama, this was perfect fluff
no misunderstandings or third act breakups

watch this. and maybe rewatch this.

I am still smiling, gosh making me miss things I never experienced.

why is director jiang kinda....

"we can only be convinced by ourselves"

usually the dialogues seem cardboadish to me, but some lines stuck with this time

Female lead becomes bearable, yagsoghanda

I get it, the FL was unbearable in the beginning , and I would be lying if I said she gets better, but she won't get on your nerves like the beginning episodes. It is a shame she was written in such a poor manner, under utilised in my opinion.

Redundant romance too, great actors but OOF, almost had SLS because of lack of romantic chemistry between the Leads.

Loved the whole Minamdang, and Major Crime Divison 7 gang. Slow development but apart from the slapstick comedy it was really entertaining, could have been shorter though.

for me the drama ended in the 8th episode

The plot, and chemistry between the charcaters deteriorated from 8th episode, while the heartbreak was anticipated; the ending was just unecessary?
like you give a plot armour to an antagonist but not the FL?
I wanted to skim to so bad, given the foreshadowing from the 1st episode but I thought maybe, maybe we could get lucky and we'll get an ending like Vagabond.
At this point I was invested in the Captain and Yo Na's story too. But, the plot went down the drain, and not even the leads and amazing soundtrack could save it.
The plot deserved better and so did I.
I am getting unlucky with dramas this year.

tl:dr, if you can't handle frustrating characters, stay away

I had it on-hold, finally decided to watch it. Now I understand why I binge watch.

"Shall we see who the real monster is?"
damn, this was more of a glimpse into human intentions than the apcoaplyse
Amazing acting since for most of the time I had to pause and breath the murderous rage out my body
ML and FL were pretty dang good, loved the whippedness from ML's side, subtle romance it wasn't overpowering the plot, or was it? Considering all I wanted was both (FL and ML) to have more fight scenes together, it might be the case.
Great ending.
