The film highly caught my interest within the first few minutes, it's got a great, unique pitch. The romantic relationship shown between the main characters was sufficient and so...realistic. This is why I was so shocked when I found out it was based off a shoujou manga - it wasn't cliche' and sappy like most shoujous. This film is an intense coming of age story that depicts more than just love and chemistry - it's about life, which is something very real; and the plot/acting stays true to that intention thoroughly.
I was very surprised with such a difference in Nounen Rena's character, it was very pleasant to see her act as a serious role, instead of her usual comedic-ditzy roles. And she held this new kind of character up to its fullest, she's good! Real good! I mean it, literally. I'm not that into the EXILE TRIBE but it was interesting to see one of the tribe, Hiroomi Tosaka act and not sing. Fun fact: he's hella' talented at both of those things. He did great and I'm kind of shocked that this role was his first acting job - I couldn't tell.
The overall art of the film was warm and touching; the music, development, transitions, and pacing was wonderfully placed.
My only warning is that you shouldn't watch this movie for the kissy-lovey dovey-doki doki attributes that most live action shoujou movies have. Like I said earlier, the film displays much more than their relationship. If you're into realistic-romantic movies, you'll enjoy this a lot.

The plot was just like a story, well somewhat. It starts off in a unique showing of events. The current time, then the past, then back to the present, which could be confusing but if you're paying close attention you can see that it was only a way to absorb the main characters feelings more.
Seeing each individual child affected by negativities and the adult-like world they seem to be trapped in was just even more mind-blowing. This movie made me realize that bullying isn't just about stealing lunch money and that bullies have a "story" too.
The acting was really great, they acted out the scenes so realistically and added with the regular "video camera" filmage in some parts of the movie, it makes it seem as if you are really part of the movie, even taking in the young ages these actors were at when this movie was filmed was just more astonishing and made me realize how talented they were.
Summed up - this movie is just heart clenching and a definite must see!

Casting, like I said earlier, I'm fueled with theatrical respect when it comes to Kanata Hongo (or anyone, really) acting his usual 'insane' roles, but he wasn't the only one that impressed me throughout the movie. All actors/actresses were so great at portraying their...unique characters, I almost felt that the game they were playing was real despite all the unique features and attributes attached to them.
Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone who isn't easily triggered by various taboos. They're all over the film, literally; it can toy with the mind and it is slightly gross to see how far people are willing to go for the mere addiction of control. But in being so, it is an interesting film. Watch it with an open mind, and everything will run smoothly.

The storyline was very cheesy I must admit, however there are parts where you're at the edge of your seat biting your nails because you're so anxious of what's going to happen next, or the parts where you just melt because the cuteness of the two main characters. A plot like that is definitely one of the best.
Acting was sort of an okay for me, nothing too special, but not horrible either. I watched it mainly for Tochihara and wasn't disappointed with what acting I saw from him. Tochihara and Takahashi's acting lead me to believe that they really were a couple, which is outstanding nonetheless. You could feel the chemistry from both actors.
The soundtrack was beautiful especially the ending song, junjou by aotsuki. Overall, I'd recommend this movie to anyone who loves a nice love story. It was highly enjoyable and I've said it about 100 times already but extremely cute.

As for casting and acting that was uhhh...cute is the only word that comes to mind. It's almost overly-cute and anime-like but still enjoyable. I didn't know any of the cast before watching this, and was satisfied with the acting I saw from them (mainly because it was cute).
Overall, I'd recommend this series to anyone who wants to watch a simple and short drama yet is not expecting much at the same time.

To be honest, if it weren't for Nishijima Takahiro I wouldn't have watched this, but after viewing the movie I don't think my feelings for Signal would change much, even if Takahiro wasn't the main character. Aside from seeing a few familiar faces, the acting wasn't anything special enough to take to heart, but Kora Kengo's character left me thinking. He portrayed a great villainous role, but it was unfortunate that his character didn't get to be developed all that well, even in that circumstance, his acting was held to accord and I wasn't all that displeased.
There were little bits and pieces I loved of this film, the rural setting of the film, the cinematography, the simple-artistic vibes, and *cough* Takahiro Nishijima *cough* --
There's no twists or turns, everything is very foreseen; if you're the type of person who likes to just sit back and compliment a director's piece of art - this is your movie, if you're looking for a heated dramatic romance, prepare to be disappointed if this movie is your choosing.

The plot of the story was actually something I was very proud to see from JYP. Before watching, I honestly thought it was going to be a straight up hot mess of fan-service, which it was (very 'cute' fan-service, too) to an extent. There is still a very evident, unique plot and story behind all the cutesy GOT7 moments, and it's pretty friggin' good too, considering the shortness of each episode. Who would've known that a lot of cute-drama-action-comedy could be jumbled into only 12 minutes and still have the same strong emphasis as any other television drama and not be a mess?
I was very impressed with Jinyoung's acting skills in here, they left me literal chills, as did Jaebum! The other members did a satisfactory job too, considering they're new to the whole drama thing. But Jinyoung is just...wow. Also before watching, I feared for who and how the girl part would be portrayed. But Song Hayoon didn't fail me, everything about her character was (what's another word for cute?) endearing? What I mean about her character is pretty evident in the first scene with Min of Miss A-- which is another thing I loved about the casting: It was a spontaneous JYP party from beginning to end, (especially in the soundtrack omg)
I was a sucker for the beginning intro (opv) of the series, the song and dance were brutally intense and it just made me excited every episode and as soon as it cut off: BOOM! back to the cute, which was okay, because the way this drama developed was just pleasurable.
Overall, I can say that Dream Knight is a definite guilty pleasure of mine, and if you like GOT7 you should watch it, and if you don't you should still watch it because cute things and emotional rollercoasters in under 12 minutes are too good to not watch.
