Watch It If You're 10

I get it, she has a huge crush on Heon and would do anything for him no matter how rude or standoffish he is but this gets so ANNOYING.
Sol-I, through the entire show, is exactly the kind of woman I would never want to be. That's my opinion, I'm not saying anyone else does or should think the same way as me but come on, she's jumping around like a kid every time he appears, doing anything she can to get his attention and will jump through any possible hoops to even get a smile from the guy- then in the end, he says he always loved her more???????? Did he????????
I really liked the FL before I watched this drama, I always liked to see her in any roles but this show has kind of ruined her whole vibe for me. She's close to 30 (at the time of filming) but the portrayal of a teenager is so overdramatic that I had to forward through most of the show.
I really thought that at some point she would realise he's not worth it and the second lead is but no, this girl never gave up on the main guy and that was the icing on the cake. Hated it.

Only One Reason To Watch...

...and that is the second story.

I couldn't even tell you what happened in the other episodes because the ones with the second couple were so amazing.
Their romance was so adorable; both completely unrealistic and so believable all in one. That is what these dramas are for- you wish this would happen to you or that you could be in a world that this could actually be a thing.

It's a teen romance, she's a bit of a prude and he is her best friend- they both fake date and you already know where it's going to be heading but the way it gets there is just the sweetest.

I would recommend episodes 3-5 to everyone. A great watch.

Rewatchable but....

....because of the second couple and not so much the main one.
Don't get me wrong, the main romance is also great and the FL is brilliant, she really shines in her role and I think it's because of her bubbly personality mainly but the second leads in this show really steal the spotlight.
I love things like not being able to be a couple because of something stupid that then rectifies itself, predictably but whatever, and then it's just a cute story from there- trust me, that isn't a spoiler because there's so much going on with these two that it's never simple for them.

It's funny, serious, whimsical and cute- I would say it's worth a watch for sure.

A Definite 'Must Watch'

I am a lover of Rom-Coms, they lift you up and make you believe that your perfect romance might be out there somewhere. 20th Century Girl is one of the ones that makes you think that may be some day someone might love you more than you know, that love could be reciprocated and it was all worth it. Teen romance is something so magical and this film really makes you feel it.
I cry every single time I watch this movie and I've seen it repeatedly, trust me! The acting was amazing, the story is both heartbreaking and beautiful in equal measures and the cinematography really got me too. I would recommend this one to anyone who wants to feel all the emotions of a first love, it's such an excellent movie.

This Was Everything.

I've just finished watching Lost about 5 minutes ago. I don't know whether to smile or break down in tears.

What a fantastically made show. Absolutely heartbreaking but liberating all in one.

Both lead actors had fantastic characters, nothing was overdone and I felt every emotion that they were trying to put across. There is so much pain and longing throughout the episodes but when I say I could barely breathe at the beginning of episode 15- I am not kidding. Absolutely amazing.

This show is a slow burn. You won't find a typical romance here but what you do get is heartbreakingly beautiful. I loved it.
