This series made me cry out of frustration. I have never hated a drama so much and will never watch it again. The plot was dry.it seams like the writer was mixing every cliche possible into one show. Everyone is talking about hoe Lu li didn't look boyish enough, no one cares it how the show is. But what frustrated me was the whole plot. Lu li is so obnoxious and annoying every time I saw her on screen my blood boiled. Not only did she allow yichen to have s*x with her while he was intoxicated, she also ran away with his child without telling him she was pregnant. Then decides to tell him its another guys child and that she moved on expecting him to not give up and keep trying to get her back, even tho in his mind she's already started a new life. what kind of toxic mind set is that?

Also everyone is hating of Yichen for being "toxic" to lu li but he was literally forced to marry her or else his father would take his WHOLE COMPANY away from him and the last girl he trusted betrayed him, so of course he gonna be salty to her. On top of that it not like he knew she was in love with she didn't exactly tell him. So when he was doing what he thought was something good he didn't know he was hurting.

Oh another reason i hated the show was cause of the LACK OF COMMUNICATION between the ML and the FL if they just talked and the other didn't keep interrupting thing could have been different. Like when Yichen tried to explain to Lu li why he was hanging out with Li man so much she literally cut him off. The guy literally thought his ex was getting abused my her dad.

But in my opinion Yichen wasn't the toxic one it's Lu li. I hate the ML and the FM and the little brat Li man who just had to stir the pot and make me more mad.

I did tho love Zi tong and Cheng relationship. Yes she did basically throw herself at him and repeatedly harrass him but when they did get together where a cute couple and the only people i like in the show and the Yicheng mum cause she was funny.

Anyway i would never recommend this drama to anyway it stressed out so much that i actually cried and it wasn't even a sad scene. I also hated how she told him like 2 weeks after the got together that the baby was his and je was just happy about it like she didn't lie to him this whole time but go them i guess.
