wow

basically every single shot in this drama is beautiful, the cinematography is off the charts and i’d honestly rewatch it just for that alone even if i didn’t love the story. i’ve seen mixed reviews but i loved the story between the main characters. it was just two equally messed up dudes that needed to work out their own issues that were preventing them from seeing what was in front of them. they really felt like real, authentic people to me and i fell in love with just how flawed they both were in totally different ways. i’ve rewatched this three times and i’ll be rewatching it at least a hundred more ha.

the cast ?

i’m just gonna keep this short because i’m seeing a lot of negative reviews but i genuinely enjoyed this. the story was okay but where the series really shined was the cast. not only are they all absolutely gorgeous, they’re also pretty talented, if the story had been better they probably would have had more to work with but what they gave us was still great. the soundtrack too man, all the songs were so good, i added all of them to my playlists. not sure if we’re getting a second season? it seems like that’s what they were planning on but i can’t find anything talking about it recently sooo we shall see. i hope we get it though, i would definitely support another season.

the songs hit hard

honestly, i loved the story. some of the acting was a bit meh but overall i really enjoyed it. it’s a good short film and i especially loved the last part, It. i think the best part of the whole thing is Jeff. he has such an incredible voice and hearing the difference between the way he sang Moment in this versus how he sang it in Ingredients is stunning. in Ingredients the song is sweet and heartwarming but hearing it in He She It, it’s heartbreaking. Also his song Comedy at the end, oh my GOD. i rewatched that part like seven times, im obsessed with the emotion that entire scene delivered and his voice, so stunning i never get enough of hearing it. you won’t be disappointed after watching this, truly.

surprisingly good

okay tbh i almost didn’t watch this because i legit could not STAND Fiat in tharntype 2. like he was the most annoyingly whiny little child and all of his scenes just pissed me off lmao. but leo made me wanna watch so i gave in and i truly was not disappointed. i really enjoyed the story and fiat’s character development. learning more about him made his character a lot more understandable and likeable in my opinion. i still think leo is an absolute angel, actually both brothers are- leon and leo are some of the best boyfriend portrayals i’ve seen in a bl. i absolutely adored their parents too what a wholesome family. and as much as i didn’t love how leon and pob ended up i still can appreciate their story because it’s realistic, although i’m one of those people who prefers to leave too much of reality out of my dramas!! but it was still really good and i’m looking forward to just say yes. also just a little appreciation for the fact that there wasn’t a boatload of homophobia in this drama i loved that. i get that it’s realistic but it’s still annoying to see it all the time. all in all, i liked it a lot. i don’t have any complaints, it was sweet, it was a lil spicy sometimes, i’ll definitely be watching again lmao.
