it could be so much more
i feel this about most MAME shows: they have a pretty good concept and actually good writing but why oh why does it have to have one to two scenes of glorified SA? it doesn't make sense in ANY piece of media, but in this bl, where we explore in the second couple the severe sexual trauma one of the people has becomes besides wrong, paradoxal.both scenes with rain and payu in ep1 and prapan and sky in ep8 (7? idk the nonconsensual hookup) is unnecessary for the plot and sadly is a waste of pretty good actors and chemistry between the couples.

comfort watch
i believe the highlight of the show is really the friend group and their shenanigans, i can say the series makes you really emphasize with all of them and the dynamics they have . didn't feel as much interest in the relationships as in other bls however, as i said, the friendships really really make up for that, they bring such warmth and comedy when together.highly recommend for bl watchers who know the actor/pairings and ar looking for a comfort comedy show.

cute fantasy watch!
okay sO. doES it have so many product placements that at a point made me wanna throw the PC at a wall? absolutely. however, after from that and after thinking for a bit about other things that I don't enjoy as much about the show (the weird pacing, the questionable angles at times), i realised that this is partly a story about two people living other people's lives, in other people's bodies, and adjusting to how you can be your most authentic self while still having the responsibility of another person's life. maybe i'm looking too into it but i quite enjoyed that aspect of the show. how talay and puen found refuge in each other projections of both universes.would recommend to people who like fiction in bls and pink in general.

the ultimate sweet comfort watch
there are various genres in bl and this is one of the dominators in cutesy, soft for sure, i watched it a few years ago with two of my best friends and couldn't take the smile off my face, it's honestly a pretty generalised recommendation for anyone who is just feeling a bit low and wants a sweet watch. the fact that it explores love in your 30's is something lacking in a lot of bls, who tend to focus on high school/college/straight out of college ages. It's important to explore because experiencing difficulties with identity, sexuality, and love in general is expanded to any age.Questa recensione ti è stata utile?
such a good adaptation of a classic trope
ive been watching BL since 2018 and saw week by week on YouTube the notifications of bad buddy coming out however it never pulled me to watch. a few years later we're here and never thought it would get to 9.0 for me. it's very few bls who capture the essence of teen and young adult dialogue and dynamics so well and i think that was the absolute highlight of this series, besides the absolute masterpieces of performances from the mains.shout-out to the the future casting director of my school president for having all their job done with this series, we loved to see it hahaha

an incredible addition to recent bls
i watched "last twilight" right after watching "vice versa" and, even if at first thinking it was not the best idea, having to see an abrupt change in character personality coming from the same actor, after finishing it, it was sO worth it.first, every performance is superb, and in my opinion the highlight of the series, especially towards the end, and it's visible how both mains have evolved as professionals and as a duo since 2022. second, the series just gets better? it explores something we've been seeing a lot in recent bls which are disabilities and instead of it being a collective issue to the relationship, focusing more on how disabled people are perceived vs how they would like to be perceived and their partner's journey into understanding that.
