I have a thing for sageuks with convincing evil antagonists. I would have to say that after watching this drama, Lady Mishil has been my icon of sageuk antagonists. She was just soooo good! Well, enough of my Mishil raving. The story was just splendid. It was this mixture of sadness and joy, of hope and despair, of intrigue and clarity through and through. It talked about family, love, ambition and all those elements that are hardly on just one drama. The last few episodes were both heartbreaking and fulfilling at the same time.
