Too much focus on medical cases at the start

... But I enjoyed the medical stories a lot and ended up going back to them.
I think it portrayed abortion well. Mental illness was 50/50 though lol
I don't get why people keep saying the female leads are too strong.
They cried a lot.
I think people are simply used to faux-strong female leads. Watching so-called strong female leads in other dramas who are really weak was usually disappointing.

I also like how love isn't destiny but a choice or rather manipulating the other person to fall into your lap lol.
It was very funny, so I do not get the lack of comedy thrown against it.
It was a breath of fresh air to have a male lead who wasn't filthy rich or won the lottery midway in the drama and proceed to use the money to solve all his problems.

Worth Watching For The End of Episode Bloopers Alone

This is in the same vein as Gaus Electronics: A fun unforgettable sitcom.
I believe the title is misleading since I cannot categorize this as romance.
There was lots of dating in this but none really taken seriously.
It was hilarious and it shows why I am not a fan of remakes. No need to remake Gauss Electronics
when a Chinese original story can be this good.
The bloopers are a lot of fun, one had the female lead slip and hurt her hand.
Still cant get the lead actress role as a femme fatale massacring people from Lion's Secret from my head. But she did a great job here in a very different role
The female director is crazy.
The priority seems to be more of the cast having fun than the plot in true sitcom fashion.
You will be in for a fun ride
