"We often miss even the things we see". The World of Silence is an aptly named movie packed with suspense, action, a bit of comedy and a lot of emotional, heartwarming moments. At first, I was a bit sceptical to watch this movie because I mostly love the romance genre but somehow, I just brought myself to watch it and I couldn't stop. The movie centers itself around a detective trying to solve a case of a serial killer who targets orphaned girls about 12 years of age. There are many suspects including a photographer who recently became the guardian of a young girl. As the story progresses, the audience is taken on a roller-coaster ride of emotions as there are many twists and turns in the plot. I believe that there could have been more character development and I wish that the plot didn't seem so rushed (hence my score of 8). Regardless, this is a superb movie and I recommend it to anyone who loves intrigue and mind-boggling plots.
