BEST DRAMA I'VE EVER WATCHED!!!

* This review contains minor spoilers, so read at your own risk. *

To future viewers considering this lakorn … it is so worth your time! It still remains to be my most favorite lakorn! I am editing this review six (almost) years later because this lakorn is still worth my time to this day … after six years. Game Sanaeha is such a lovely lakorn with everything you could possibly love viewing in one. Game Sanaeha is addictive. It gets you so hooked after episode one. After six years, I still find myself rewatching this and still getting hooked, even though I already know what happens! It’s a truly memorable lakorn that gives you chills, warms your heart, and makes you pity both opponents of the “game”.

Storyline →
Game Sanaeha is a story where a rich and spoiled woman becomes extra arrogant after hearing when things don’t go her way (ex. her parents got divorced). She finds every way to get revenge and hurt the people in her life she thinks are getting in her way of her happiness with her family. Luckanai, being one of them, gets hurt in her game of love for revenge.

So, to continue, I don’t think this lakorn has the strongest storyline ever, but I really liked it. I like that this story revolves around love, hate, revenge, games, etc. But really, this lakorn can feel lighthearted and sweet. I loved all of the constant problems happening and the drama. There was a lot of anticipation and a little bit of a thrill here and there going to your heart when watching. It definitely felt rushed towards the end. I never got bored when watching this or ever had to fast-forward. I enjoyed all of the episodes to the fullest.

Acting / Cast →
We all know James and Taew were perfect for this. Their chemistry was sizzling! Nothing else to say about them, but their eyes do the acting!

At the time of editing this review, I have seen Taew in 19 different works and this has STILL got to be one of her best roles. Her facial expressions and ability to connect with the viewers shows how talented of an actress she is. She did awesome portraying Muanchanok. I love Taew lots.

Wat and Vi felt so real in this lakorn. I loved them as well. I love their relationship. They may be divorced, but still have a fun, healthy relationship as friends and loving parents for their only daughter. Their scenes make my heart feel warm or, sometimes, chuckle. The toast that Vi gave at Wat and Khae’s wedding made me tear up. I always look forward to their scenes because they bicker and are fun to watch. haha

About Nok →
I’m a sucker for any type of female lead. I didn’t find Nok that irritating as everyone makes her sound. She really just wants to protect her family and just loves her parents. Nok was very entertaining to watch. From her crazy arguments to her quiet, sympathetic moments with Nai, I’ve enjoyed all of her scenes. You could tell how much she cares for Nai, but still wants to play the game … Her actions spoke louder than her words.

About Nai →
I think we all want someone like Nai. He is so sweet and caring … sometimes too much to the point where he is getting himself hurt. I liked his character, but when he started losing his love for Nok and giving up, that did give me a little bit of a scare because it's unlike him. He’s such a nice male lead though.

Likes and Dislikes →

What I liked:
. You feel every emotion when watching this. Though there are scenes that are hurtful, they get made up with sweeter scenes. You get a bit of everything in Game Sanaeha.
. Of course, James and Taew were spectacular chemistry-wise. Watching them together warmed my heart to the max!

What I disliked:
. I definitely wished it was not rushed towards the end.
. Nok’s character development could be better and happen a little sooner. It was frustrating to hear her hurtful words to Nai sometimes.

Music →
It’s okay, but I don’t care for it much. It matches with the lakorn.

Rewatch Value →
The rewatch value in this is crazy high. It’s been six years, and I’ve rewatched this at least once every year after. I have never gotten tired of seeing this masterpiece. Once you start this, you’ll never stop.

Overall —>
While editing this review six years later, Game Sanaeha still has captured my heart up to this day. So worth watching! I’ve felt so heart warmed watching Game Sanaeha and the story is so interesting. It was perfect. From the cast to all of the dramatic / sweet scenes to James and Taew, I won’t ever forget this. The big reason I love Game Sanaeha is the number of feelings you feel in your body, mind, and heart when watching. You get to experience your heart being warmed up and having it turn cold suddenly. There are ups and very quick downs. This is an emotional rollercoaster and I had so many tears, and even some joy. There are many sweet, subtle scenes to adore over. The leads have good chemistry, and the story is well developed. I truly recommend this from the bottom of my heart! It’s the best!
