Time travel/spiritual world that is easy to follow
There are things that I avoid in this life, like poverty and time traveling/fantasy trope in dramas.
Being a fan of Seo in Guk,am always on the look out of whatever he has going on so
as you can imagine I have been passing it over and avoiding it but somehow I gave it
a chance and Am glad I did because Its been awhile since I gave a drama 5 stars.
I would have been given it a 10/10 but the love triangle of the second lead took
unnecessary screen time taht would have been given to the main lead.
Time travel tropes are very complex ones, that if not done right it will leave viewers
confused and distressed. But this one was done in a way that it would be easy to
understand.I liked the way the writer didnt focus too much one the cross over of both
worlds but spend time developing the love story between Doom and the fated character.
In the present world/would be past, whenever Doom went into the future,It would take
a short period time and back in the past.
The story was so captivating that I dropped other dramas that I was watching and sank
my brain into it.Its packed with life lessons,They portrayed the relationship between
God,humans and bad events that happen to us.Making choices and sacrifices.
But the biggest lesson was about the power of love.Love has the ability to change even
doom into a mortal human.
I have been looking for a drama where Lee Soo Hyuk is not a demon,a villain or a vampire
and am glad i found one..He is ridiculously funny and witty without trying.
its my first time watching Park bo young and i think she is about to be one of my favorites.
Kang Tae Ah, Shin Do Hyun and Da Woon were impressive and they added fun to an otherwise heavy topic
Overall I loved it and it has made me be open to time travel, spiritual worlds trope since
Eternal KIng monarch and Goblin(which i havent finished by the way)
