This program has a classic fun idea, but has some story foot-dragging that delayed its end
-- probs cause the studio needed 16 EpisodesI'm a sucker for this sort of plot-line & I still had issues with this program. I believe this program didn't have enough ideas to warrant 16 hour long episodes. This is a great show to dabble in and get out quickly whilst the going is still good. The phrasing referring to a gay person being less than a man was mean-spirited in my opinion, but I suppose that could've been the South Korean culture or scriptwriters bias at the time (all this social convention stuff is protean; so hopefully it has changed for the better as of now or anon). You could try to watch this program at a quickened pace or skip the filler bits like one does with the 40%+ Naruto filler, but it'll be a puzzle. So you'll probably need to find a person who had already watched the program to tell you which bits are the good bits.
Methinks I got out at a good spot. I waited to find out how he was going to come out, and his coming out ended up sort of meh so ROFL. This show had potential, but it sort of faded for me around episode 7-11.

Maximal Escapism With Lethiferous Kisses -- Much Enjoyment! Not like the other J-Dramas!
My Bias Towards This Drama -I maybe looking at this J-drama with rose-colored glasses, because it's been a while since I watched this drama and at the time I watched it the drama had heavily appealed to my psychographic.
1. My psychographic heavily favors black comedies, supernatural (otherworldly whatnot), and the fact that the protagonist isn't some sort of boring paragon like some sort of Mary Sue or Gary Stu.
2. I love Yamazaki Kento in almost anything he's in -- he's Cary Grant good in my book.
3. The other cast members were good enough to have me wanting to search up what they were in too.
My Desire To Show People Some Show "This Show" that I Love -
I have trouble proselytizing this drama because when I advertise this drama to my brother (for example) saying it's a show where the male lead is sent back 7 days via death whenever the female lead kisses him. It causes the "oh that's wacky concept -- maybe later" reaction.

If you want to spread the K-drama virus to your friends and family this is a good pick.
This story was unique, it didn't waste too much time, and was rather enjoyable. This drama's genre didn't appeal to my psychographic which enjoys (mostly) fantasy-comedies, but this Drama was so undeniably good that I had to leave a good rating.Lee Joon Gi was already an actor with enough star-power for me to try to follow each of his projects, but now methinks I found/was reminded of some more actresses that I'd be interested in seeing what they do next [See: Moon Chae Won & Jang Hee Jin].
Aside - The end of episode 11 really sold this show for me. That moment was a 10/10 for me.
P.S. Flower of Evil is a show that's apodictically very goods!

I'm most likely dropping this drama. At around episode 9...
It feels the story is too padded, I still like the drama (probably because I love the lead couple and the cast), but I think the story should have either pivoted to something else or have ended by now. I cannot see myself finishing this drama unless the raconteurs pivot their story.P.S. If there's sort of runaway scene in the works for this drama or a dorm-buddies solving major issue involving stakes -- then I could find myself re-gaining interest in this K-drama.
P.S. P.S. & most importantly Jisoo is my bias so it's super difficult for me to be critical of K-drama.
