Hi ! I'm not a native english speaker so I'm really embarrassed about potential mistakes. I'm French and my pronoms are she/her.
I loooove reading the comment section of shows that I'm watching.
What I love in a drama or a movie : Strong Women ; No toxic relationship ; No romanticized sexual assault ; No love triangle ; No misunderstanding ; No romanticized violence ; No fatphobia, sexism, racism or other discrimination ; No plot with FL who is only a docile and beautiful girl with no selfesteem ; Good representation of LGBT+ community ...
Honestly, I watched a lot a problematic shows and I'm aware of it. Sometimes, it just helps me to not think to much (I can tolerate that when it's not all the plot which is problematic).
Short list of my all-time favorite dramas (not in order) :
- Suspicious Partner (One of my first ever drama and I loved it)
- Lawless Lawyers (Badass woman, good music and action : I love it)
- Search : WWW (I really really love badass women)
- The Fiery Priest (I had to pause all the time because I was laughing so hard)
- Prison Playbook (When I think of this drama, I think of laugh, tears, softness and difficult lives. One of the most perfect serie I've ever watched.)
- Chocolate (I cried a lot with this drama : just so beautiful visually and the story is very touching)
- Save Me ( I can't stop think about this drama)
- Arthdal Chronicles (Acting, story and visuals : just mind-blowing + badass women)
- Special Labor Inspector Jo (SO UNDERRATED ! For me, it's the same vibe as The Fiery Priest : totally my type)
- I will find you on a beautiful day (So soft and warm, just like a cup of tea in a snow day)
- It's okay to not be okay (Watched ongoing and I though about it all the time)
- Run On (For me, it's a masterpiece. No cliche and nuanced characters. No toxic relationship and women who are standing for themselves)
- Better days (movie) (I don't know what to say about it : just watch it. It remains in my mind since)
- Beautiful Worl (All the actors are sublime and the story is much more nuanced than one might think)
- Alice in Borderland (Almost painful to watch but so so good. Very relevant about society I think)
