This was very predictable average story. The pacing was too fast, full with way too many plotholes and unbelievable / convenient resolutions for the sake of the plot. The medicine techniques and how quickly the medicine would work depends entirely on how the plot wants it to behave. The ML was intolerable for 70% of the movie and there was barely any chemistry between him and the FL. The second ML was much better in comparison albeit a goofball but at least he had some backbone. The strong FL was the only redeeming quality of this till you realize she is just a Mary Sue who will always know what/how to do something and will never really lose anything. The empress and the ML's personal guard were the best characters. The music and acting were fine, nothing outstanding. I would not recommend watching this if you expect good story and character arcs. Could be enjoyable if you turn off your brain or if you find yourself bored and in need of low quality entertainment.
