Never have I ever.....

Ok let's just say this is one of the most insane shows I have ever watched seriously. The first half of the show was decent you got to see a man raising a young child who isn't even his from 9 yrs old to adulthood. The first half with all the characters being children except for Gyung Soo who started off as a young man who left the city to come to the country and open up a diner where he feeds an assorted group of ppl dinner. Now these people that he is feeding is like a giant family each character has their own story and it was a fun group. Young Shin who is the little girl who Gyung Soo raises is smart and cute, but has an issue with being abandoned granted so since her mother was killed then being raised by her grandmother after that grandma dies and is giving to Gyung Soo father to raise when she is left on the diners doorstep sort to speak. Gyung soo being young of course he doesn't want to raise a child who doesn't belong to him but the lil girl touches his heart and well he raised her to be an adult. This is where things start to go left. Yong shin falls inlove with Gyung Soo, yes he raised her and In my head it is screaming wth, but then I don't to much think of it as love between man and woman more so Co dependency, she doesn't want to loose the only person next to her and they call it love but let call it what it is , she is dependent on him in her head she sees this as love. The craziest thing about this show is there are so man plot twist it is unbelievable, starting with Gyung Soo's mother . Mrs. Choi or dragon lady Choi as i like to call her. This is the most evil woman i have ever seen before and at her age you would think she should be exhausted coming up with these evil plans in my heart I really just wanna scream and say Lady please sit down and take your Geritol and go to sleep cause you doing way to much. Her and her nephew is the killer for me I wanna ask hey so no one finds it strange these two are constantly disappearing and talking quietly. Then it occurred to me does no one believe in hidden cameras or recording devices hell yall got cell phones and no one is recording this. Worst yet is why doesn't anyone ask questions. Like for instance Chairman Kang and Young shin they talk all the time he talks about how she looks like his first love she talks about her mom and neither one of you asked a name or showed a photo maybe it is me but i would want to know or i am just nosey, and the killer part of it all Young Shin left photos all over the house and he did not once see one, really??? But i digress. SO let me just say if you are looking for a show that is calming this is not it, if you are looking for happy happy joy joy, walk on past this one. But if you want to watch a show and feel every emotion possible anger being the number one emotion , stop right here and watch this one, cause i have been angry thru out this show. Will I keep watching? Heck yeah cause I just want to see Dragon lady hit the ground hard when everything comes to light. Do I think things like this happen in real life, Good Lord I hope not if so then there is no hope for humanity because that wouid mean there are some seriously slow ppl and ignorant people out there in the world.

Viewers Interpretation a must

Ok I thought long and hard about what I should say about this show. This was a well written and acted show, this was more about the court ladies point of views and how emotions and love can form over time when caring for one's master, not only that it showed a very human side to ay ruler both the king and the crown prince. this show, had many points of views tying in all into one story about love, honor, loyalty, betrayal. As a court lady I am sure they all love and are devoted to their king or prince, etc. and that loyalty can turn into love even knowing that there might not be a future in getting that love in return and the FL, understood this that is why she was happy to love and serve him as a court lady instead of as a woman, she felt her way of protecting him was to stay a servant, while in his heart he felt his way of protecting her was to have her as his woman. The most human side was watching the king dealing with the effects of dementia, how heart breaking it was to see this. Now for the last episode many have commented off of it how it seemed like it didn't go but in all fact it did so I will give my take on the last episode. Mostly when we all watch we wanna know what happened to him afterwards well the last episode gave us that it showed how he went on after he lost the woman he loved. Now remember when he is laying down and he wakes up in the past laying on her lap it was a dream within a dream, and it was his last dream before he died. He felt that at that very moment if he would have done thing different, he might not have lost his wife and child and it had haunted him or I am sure he had question himself if I could have done anything different. so when he woke up and it replayed again this time, he remembered this is a dream and he turned with tears in his eyes because he realized it was already to late but in his last moments, he was able to change in so he could spend eternity with her in death. If you listen to what he says he says this is the last time when will be able to see this tree bloom because neither one of them will be alive to see it again. the ending was him dying but being able to be with her. As adults I am sure we all lay in bed at night and replay our days and how we could have done something different to change the outcome of situations even knowing that it is already too late you still replay scenarios. That is kinda what he was doing right before he died. I hope this helped or made a bit of sense to some, if not idk you have your own mind to think about how to see the ending. Which to me the writers were awesome to do this because it leaves it up to the viewers interpretation on how to see the ending...

Must see

AT first I thought yeah this one is gonna bore me to death, but once I started I could not stop, this was funny and romantic , and yes there were some moments when you had to fan yourself because it got hot and heavy. What Got me most about this is it wasn't an easy story , like boy meets girl they fall in love everything is rosey, hardly. Boy meets girl then meets girl again, and again boy is a dog , he does whorish types of things, boy wants girl, girl wants boy but afraid because boy is a dog. would I watch this again... HECK YEAH I WOULD. The actors were great I was completely blown away with the story line it was very unexpected, but it worked... Love it love it love it.....

Was ok will watch again if bored

I am not gonna lie, I was hoping for way more but this was not a bad show either. What I love most is watching XUN KAi , play a much more mature role, they always have him playing roles where he acting kidish and after awhile it gets hard to swallow so I really enjoyed watching him mature into a role such as the one he was playing in. The story it self was superb, I only wish they would have given us a little bit more in the romance department. the acting was great, the production value was really good, I would like to see more of this type of dramas considering fantasy is my favorite thing to watch.

Love Love Love

I have watched this show at least 50 times. I cannot say enough about how I love this show the actors the character the story all of it was wonderful and well written. If you are wondering should you watch this heck yeah please do it. The comedy in this show was priceless, the music fit the show. The acting was so phenomenal I can't even begin to say anything bad about it . I laughed, I cried, I even got a bit angry at times but I never regretted watching.... MUST SEE. The chemistry between the goblin and the Grim reaper had me dying, the bromance was perfect how can a girl like me not wish to be in the same house with these two cuties. The only thing I wish more would be if they did a second season of this show using all the same character because seriously you want to know what happened to them I know I do,

Great show

My take on this show might be different than most growing up in a medical family. This show is amazing it shows the human side of doctors good and bad, we see doctors as life savers and sometimes we see them as god like but they are human. If you truly listen to what Master Kim says no matter how he says it, there is a deep realness and compassion behind him and his band of fighters. They are fighting to save lives on and off the table. He’s trying to save his doctors from themselves while trying to heal himself. Stop always thinking inside the box on what you see and go deeper. What we think are rights and wrong can be warped and this show throws that at you, watching how they all struggle together as a team. You also get to see the political and power and money side, these are areas as regular ppl we don’t get to view but it is real. Major hospitals are run like businesses and the ones that suffer are the little ppl that’s never shown. And as hard as this show is to swallow at times it’s all very real and scary. Think about it you are no longer a patient you are a dollar sign to a hospital and yes I do understand it takes money to run a hospital I see it daily. The one thing I can say it was the compassion of the doctors in this show even if they are actors they delivered a great performance, I almost started to see them as true doctors. The dialogue throughout this show was touching and watching everyone grow into their own was truly remarkable. So if you read this review, I only as you keep and open mind about what you are seeing and think about the realness of this show…

Human Nature at its worst.

This show was insane. I enjoyed it so much the most gripping part for me was this is the true side of humans. Gullible, cruel, mean, violent, just all around evil. It made you take a real good look at yourself and wonder could I be like this. They say no person is born evil we are just born into evilness. That is an insane but logical statement and it is talked about in the show. Now if we talk about the violence of this show then omg it was crazy but I’m twisted so I like stuff like this. The end episode was amazing and the love shown was truly remarkable… Bravo
