Childhood
Loved this series growing up watching with my grandpa. Our MC Wei Xiao Bao is such an scoundrel, and the opening song is catchy. It fits his character quite well, loyal, lazy, but courageous, and doesn't like learning. Being illiterate and yet achieved a lot. Also his relation with the Emperor is beautiful, made me cry at the last episode when it finally come to an end.
Watching him use his silver tongue to get through situation is hilarious, with his reaching great power and heights through his cleverness, and apparently the novel involved the Russia Empire and other deeds that he managed to facilitate. Wished they added in that too.
Though points off for him basically date r*ping at least one of his wife. Really wish that wasn't one of the thing he did.

Adapt
I finished reading the manhwa and enjoyed it enough to watch this.Loved the Whistle music theme, and have that as my ringtone, and really enjoyed the scheming acting MC puts on as he works against the corrupt politicians.
The ending was slightly disappointing, as it feels nothing was really accomplished and all those locked-up people were released because of rich business.

Adapt
I enjoyed the manhwa version but it's still not completed yet, though the novel apparently is.Watched the whole show, and enjoyed the scheming parts of the show. Also enjoyed the family relations, but the ending really dropped it for me. Didn't enjoy that part, and heard that the novel had way better ending than this version.

Fell
I really agree with alotta people, the first like 3-4 episode was good, then the shift to focus on the past parter of Roh Bin was disappointing to me. I enjoyed when MC was out conducting his justice, would've enjoyed seeing that in an Death Note style influence.Roh Bin was the best part after Tang

Childhood
Another one of my childhood films. I remember Ng Man Tat being in these, and will always remember an hilarious scene of cannibals almost eating their eyeballs because they believed it gives better vision, only to be dissuaded by the marvels of near-sight glasses curing them.Steven Hao only appeared in an few movie I've known, but always did enjoy how he played his parts in these films.

Hilarious
I've always been an fan of Stephen Chow and Ng Man Tat (RIP I'm gonna miss you) growing up. I watched so many of their movies, so gonna just do one review for all their works. All their works are amazing and hilarious, and I find great joy seeing other people finding them these days on YouTube and enjoying it too. From their God of Gambler superpowers, to this Kung Fu Hustle Wuxia style power, to their Out of the Dark scary movie psychic powers, or even normal Fight Back to School, they always include an great sense of humor and love the way he made each movie.
Always gonna be one of my favorite actor, and movie.

Childhood
One of my earliest childhood series I watched. A classic to revisit, and see the wacky cutout CGI they used.Loved Wukong's attitude, the music I used as ringtone before, and the storyline.
Seeing Black Myth Wukong come out now, makes me feel excited as the nostalgia of the original serie hits me.

FL
I read the novel of this, and only found this drama recently. So had hope of it being better and no nationalism like the novel, though it still has some. Don't really like the alien parts thoughSo far, so good with the exception of romance, seeing as the FL (Hotel owner Boss) Rao Aimin is so god damn annoying.
She keeps beating up MC for no good reason, and MC goes back to her and apologize when really not needed and entirely her fault. Most disliked character right now, but show keeps pushing her as the jealous girlfriend. Usually skip her scenes when she shows up.
I really prefer Zhang Yuanqi (The famous singer) in this world, who is much better and I like more, also doesn't beat up MC and treat him well.
Tian Bin is an funny and dumb antagonist, who seems to have turned around in redemption. I like him so far, hope no change.
E14: NVM, show dropped the ball and went completely crazy, overconfident drug addict MC. Also betrayal from Tian Bin, should've expected no character development who stole copyright from MC. Skipped an few episode after this cause annoying. Tian Bin's plot line is ignored for so many episode too for some reason, from e15 to e23, despite there being good reason to get him arrested.
The parents are hilarious, especially during the DNA testing part.
Also the original novel's wife President of University only appear at E21. Don't see the point with how hard the show pushed Rao Aimin.
Overall: I liked the beginning hated the romance FL and middle part with drug overconfidence part. The ending kinda made the romance pointless too, with Zhang Yuanqi real life receiving a song from the gameworld. No mention of Rao Aimin IRL and ChenChen (little girl) not remembering anything.
