The stories are good, the effects are good and the actors who performed are great. It's just that the story was too slow and too long .I have watched many tele series with long episodes but even if it is long it is exciting to watch. Anyway, I finished it to the end. I couldn't really feel their love for each other. There is not much emotion, especially with merman. The main lead character has no spark or chemistry even if they kiss, it's not passionate. Unlike others who have a love team, there is more spark than them. I see more chemistry with Dilraba Dilmurat and Xiao Shunyao even they are not paired. If there is ever a season 2, I hope to see sweetness and excitement in the main lead characters ( Dilraba and Ren Jialun ).
