C Dramas

This drama actually shook me to another level. This show focuses on the relationship between a psychology major/ radio show dj and a visually impaired music producer. It is one of the rare shows that features a character with disability (that is done well to a certain extent, talk more about this later). The relationship between the two definitely has a lot of chemistry, it shows us that chemistry is not all about "love at first sight" (LOL im sorry..), it is about the interaction and the vibe (for lack of better word) of the person. AKA you fall in love with the person within and not attracted to appearances. Furthermore, the female lead is SO mature for her age its actually so nice to see, because im sick of seeing FL acting stupid all the time, so its a good change. While the male lead falls into the typical jerk catergory, things do get somewhat better... Spoiler alert but its not really(?): he gains back his eyesight back eventually, and afterwards he became a much more confident, nicer person, that is still a jerk to the FL. Hais. I have a problem with dramas always making characters with disability end up not having it toward the end of the drama as if its a resolution?? like, no, curing disability is not a life resolution of any sort. AND it is not realistic.. like sometimes it takes a miracle to go through such an operation, i just need yall to understand ok. It is somewhat a cheap move, and shows that people with disability cannot have a good romantic life without first curing their disability.. wtf man. ANYWAYS, if i ignore that aspect of the show, it is still a worthy show to watch because it gives some good insights on relationships that are not "normal". AND the FL is such a good character tbh. go girl!

After watching so many esports dramas, this one set the standards high for all of them. Though i cannot comment on how accurate it is to actual esports scenes, i think the drama depicts the difficulties that esports gamers exxperience pretty well. Also, the way they treat girl gamers is also done well, though there are netizens criticizing her (which is all true to life), the gamers themselves do not see her gender as making her worse off. The entire esports team synergy is so well matched and funny. The romance is also somewhat slow burn and natural. (Im also a simp for xu kai so.. <3) Anyways, its a pretty light and happy drama, worth a watch!!

wow! for once a sweet romance drama, that has no manipulative plot at all HAHHA. Both the leads are so sweet and the chemistry is amazing.  Their interactions are so raw and cute. Also, the female lead can be independent on her own but can be very naive at times. But it is not the kind where you will vomit watching lmao. Although it was cringy in the beginning, it defineitely got so  much better after the first few eps. It a really healing drama i reccomend binge watching it hehe.
