For such a high-heat couple KinnPorsche's first kiss was sweet and filled with longing. Drunk and relaxed Kinn just couldn't keep fighting whatever it was that was pulling him toward Porsche. And we have all seen that MileApo intimacy workshop so this kiss delivered.

I have since tried to find a confession scene that makes me feel the way that the DeYi one does, I can't. These two. *sigh* Obviously this ranking is going to the bridge/overpass kiss, not the pool one. (Shu Yi is right that one doesn't count) I rewatch this drama often and every time we get to the confession I am on the edge of my seat. DeYi are really Unstoppable Force (Shu Yi) meets seemingly Unmoveable Object (Shi De). Frustration meets yearning and professions shouted into traffic making for one of my favorite first kisses.

The way this drama makes me feel should be studied in a lab. Yearninggggggggg so much yearningggggg. I wanted things to work out for these two more than I had wanted anything. I saw myself in this couple and when they kissed my heart Soared in my chest.

Gav and Cairo's first kiss meant so much more. Watching Gameboys during the height of the pandemmy it was like a light a small piece of hope and joy when it seemed things would never end. And although their relationship is left uncertain their feelings for each other never were.

I'm not counting the sleep kiss here, I'm counting the 'am I handsome, Sangwoo-ah?" kiss. GIRL the tension, our ParkxPark couple really flew while other KBL couples were learning how to crawl. This kiss served, delivered, fed, donated, and gave life.

The single-camera shot all the way through the confession scene just Up the tension and emotion. He just couldn't take it anymore and we all felt it.  Japan is very good at doing horny and tender.

We get the troupe of 'never dated before' a lot in dramas but this is the first time I've ever seen it be real and believable and SO sweet. It was Siwon's first kiss Ever and he acted accordingly and it was beautiful. No one is automatically good at kisses especially if you are eager and extremely pent up.

KBLs coming for my throat. This entire drama was sweet and slightly painful and angsty. And their first kiss was no different.  They were already living together, and denying how they felt. 

What is with me and drunk/tipsy first kisses??????? Let's all not look too deep into that. Now, this is in my top 10 of KBLs. Their first kiss was soooooooo good. Seven-plus years of waiting and done so well.

DeanPharm that college couple that got married after graduation and have been married since. Love is pure and their first kiss is like The First Kiss couples dream about. Dean being on the absolute Edge and Pharm being sassy and possessive just tipped him over. This kiss as giving 'we have been dating, Finally' That added effect of seeing the red string over tied around their fingers???? SWOON.

I LOVE this drama but the first kiss was lacking. The rooftop one was sweet but the one I am counting is the hospital room kiss. TangYi just FULLY LOUD n PROUD claiming his man. So sweet and also so much buildup.
