Do the viewers' votes affect the overall rating of the drama?

I think you’ve already answered your own question. People who like the drama are usually more vocal and leave positive comments. However, those who don’t like it often don’t comment but still leave a rating. That’s likely why the overall rating is going down even though the comments are positive.

No, I still haven't received my answer. Because despite high ratings being given for a series for days, the overall score is not increasing. And this has happened with many dramas. So, do the scores change according to the votes given by the viewers?

I’m not sure where you got the data from or how, but yes, it is correct. The more votes there are, the harder it becomes for the rating to go up. You cannot base the rating on positive comments alone.

We're discussing it with fans in the comments. After all, we're not a small number. Everyone is making an effort, but the rating isn't increasing. And you can understand this by looking at the number of viewers of the drama. Maybe there are also a lot of people giving low ratings despite the large numbers. That might be why the ratings aren't increasing.

I wish we had such an opportunity. That way, we would know the number of good and bad raters.

Oh actually we do have the stats on drama page (I totally forgot about it in my earlier reply), but it's in the simplest form so you have to do the rest of the math. I think we can get a rough idea of good rating VS bad rating. If you keen you can calculate the number of users required to increase the overall rating.
