Your icon > custom lists (or your profile > lists) > make a new list > create a person or drama list and pick a style of list (public, private or voting) > save > in the search bar the bottom type actor/actress or drama's name in > save list when you've finished.
You can also click on any existing lists in there and click the edit button (a pencil) and add to them.
