What’s for dinner?

White bean veggie stew.  And for dessert we ate orange watermelon.  I've had red and yellow before, this was the first time for orange and was surprisingly the best one we've had in a while.  Sweet and crisp!

I hadn’t either. The flesh was a bright peach color. The minute my husband cut into it we knew it should be good by the sound.  It was wonderfully crisp, sweet and had very few seeds.  We should have bought two! 

chicken/vegetable tenders, babybel cheese, pink lady apple

a little circle of cheese covered with red wax you remove

Chickpea, veggie, pasta salad.
