i think a 10/10 is always subjective but there is a degree to objectivity i would say those 10s that i have listed below have more objectivity than my other 10's:

from western movies American History X always comes to my mind as an amazing movie.
I watch for oxytocin not cortisol so I rate high and I've learned to take care with what I choose in the first place. These are my absolute stand-outs:
The Broken Us Difficult subjects, gently, beautifully told.
Moonlight Chicken The cinematography is gorgeous, the emotions are rich and layered. It's one to watch slowly.
He's Coming to Me Funny, heartbreaking and full of love. It has so much kindness and warmth.
Not Me Intelligent, articulate, asking questions about activism and society for which there are no clear answers. Intense in both action and emotion.
The Library Quietly, gently, heartbreakingly beautiful, a masterpiece of economic story-telling.
May Who? Quirky, goofy, clever, funny, warm and kind. Thai humour and youth comedy at its generous, open-hearted best. Excellent integration of anime into both story and film.
