No. Was there talking in the video? It is just a guess. Like I said, I'm not sure. It is just what it looked like to me.

It is Chinese. How do I know? I copy and paste this 皮衣女杀手反派被压死 that is on the tittle. Went to Google translate which detected as Chinese and translated to "Leather-clad female killer villain was crushed to death".

I also used my translate app on my iPhone and by using the camera also detected as Chinese. There's no dialogue, they are  just screaming, so I couldn't use the audio part of the app.
