Weightlifiting Fairy Kim Bok Joo is one that comes to mind. The second girl is the ML's ex who wants to get back with him.
Itaewon Class is another one I recall with two girls going after the ML. Personally not a huge fan of the romance in this, but it's a good drama otherwise.
