How to recover deleted custom list

I have accidentally deleted my very important custom list. Is there any way to recover it?

It was named as "✨ COMPLETED SHOWS IN 2023" 

There was a star emoji before the completed show's. There is more than 200 titles. 

I would be very grateful if you could recover it.

 It was deleted at 00 (12 August). The list was created 1 January 2023.

Recently I accidentally deleted my favorite actors list. Is there a chance I can recover it? I wish there is an easier way to create that list. Do you think MDL can do something about that? Thanks! Praying!
