I have created some lists like short dramas, noona romance, and 2023 shows/movies that I am excited for but none are specific to only Korean and Chinese dramas. But there's more of Korean and China since subs are more easily available.

Yes, sometimes it's good to get recommendations from friends though tastes can vary. So can your mood. Sometimes we want something light and other times something more thrilling. Although I haven't been watching kdramas dramas for too long, you can DM me if you ever need recommendations for something more specific. :)
