Doom at Your Service actor Lee Soo Hyuk takes on the role of a ruthless prince in the upcoming TVING original series Queen Woo.
Queen Woo is a historical drama about Queen Woo (Jeon Jong Seo), who becomes the target of five factions and princes of Goguryeo vying for the throne after the king's (Ji Chang Wook) death.
In the drama, Lee Soo Hyuk plays the role of the third prince, Go Bal Gi, a contender for the throne. Go Bal Gi is a feared prince known for his ruthless and vile nature. Despite his insatiable ambition for the throne, he lives in fear of the powerful King Go Nam Mu (Ji Chang Wook), keeping his claws hidden.
However, after the king's sudden death, Go Bal Gi's deeply buried ambition begins to stir. Known for getting what he wants by any means necessary, the question arises whether Go Bal Gi can overpower the forces vying for the throne and realize his ambitions.
Queen Woo will release Part 1 on August 29 followed by Part 2 on September 12. The K-drama will be available to stream on Paramount+.
