Kim Soo Hyun and IOI's Im Na Young shared their official statement regarding the circulating dating rumors.
On June 11, both agencies of Kim Soo Hyun and Im Na Young officially responded to the dating rumors.
Kim Soo Hyun attended the electronic music festival Ultra Korea on June 7. Videos of the actor at the event spread online. One of the videos caught the attention of the public as it was captured that Kim Soo Hyun was seen whispering to Im Na Young.
Many netizens speculated that the two might be in a romantic relationship. Several media outlets also reported that the two are dating.
With this Kim Soo Hyun's agency shared their official statement. According to Gold Medalist, "The reports about Kim Soo Hyun's romantic relationship are groundless."
Im Na Young's agency Mask Studio also shared their side, "Im Na Young happened to be at the same festival with Kim Soo Hyun by chance. She was there with her acquaintances and greeted the actor. He was seen whispering to Im Na Young because it was noisy and it was hard for them to communicate. The dating reports are not true."
This is the second time Kim Soo Hyun has been involved in dating rumors this year. Early this year, Kim Soo Hyun was involved with actress Kim Sae Ron after the actress posted their selfie on social media. Kim Soo Hyun also denied the dating rumors.
Kim Soo Hyun recently starred in the hit tvN K-drama Queen of Tears. The top actor is expected to lead the upcoming Disney+ original K-drama Knock Off with Jo Bo Ah, Kim Shi Eun, Yoo Jae Myung, Go Gyu Pil, and Lee Jung Eun.
Meanwhile, Im Na Young was last seen in the 2023 K-drama Unpredictable Family. She worked alongside Lee Do Gyeom, Nam Sang Ji, Kang Da Bin, Lee Hyo Na, Lee Jong Won, and Kim Sun Kyung.
Im Na Young became known after being part of the K-pop groups IOI and Pristin. She is currently active as an actress.
