CLC member Kwon Eun Bin is set to star in her second K-drama for 2024.
On December 17, it was officially confirmed that Kwon Eun Bin would be joining the cast of Check in Hanyang.
This will be Kwon Eun Bin's second K-drama project for the year. She also appeared in the Netflix original series Hierarchy led by Roh Jeong Eui, Lee Chae Min, Kim Jae Won, Ji Hye Won, Lee Won Jung, and Chae Seo An.
Kwon Eun Bin debuted through the K-pop girl group CLC from Cube Entertainment. She started her acting career in 2018 through the K-drama Bad Papa.
She is known for appearing in the K-dramas Duty after School: Part 1 and Part 2, Dear.M, At a Distance, Spring Is Green, Top Management, and more.
Kwon Eun Bin is currently more active as an actress than a K-pop idol. Her last activity with CLC was in 2020.
Check in Hanyang is a romance comedy set in the Joseon Dynasty era. It will tell the stories of three men and one woman who will enter Yongcheonru, the largest guest house in Joseon.
Bae In Hyuk, Kim Ji Eun, Jung Gun Joo, DKZ's Park Jae Chan, Han Jae Suk, and Kim Eui Sung will lead the upcoming K-drama.
In the K-drama, Kwon Eun Bin will portray the role of Do Kyung. Her parents died early and she was raised by her uncle who works as the Minister of Defense. Because of this, she is living under strict surveillance.
Check in Hanyang will be the collaboration work of director Myung Hyun Woo (My Man Is Cupid and Miracle) and screenwriter Park Hyun Jin (Love and Leashes and Like for Likes).
The upcoming K-drama will air its first episode on December 21 at 9:10 PM KST. It will exclusively air on Channel A and will have a total of 16 episodes. The K-drama will also be available worldwide through streaming platform, Netflix.
