Two weeks is a unique thriller. After his arrest every drama hour is one day for Tae Sun. Will he make it in time to save his daughter, Soo Jin and clear his name?
Four men gambles in a poorly lit room. Tae San scatters all his money on the table. Suddenly he reaches for a few cards. The man next to him grab his hands and sees the cards in Tae San’s hand. They start yelling at Tae San. Tae San needs more money to gamble, so he asks his buddy. His buddy ignores him. Tae San phone rings.His friend, Godori, calls him.
Godori, the waiter, greets Tae San. Godori points to the older woman who wanted Tae San company. Tae San is a gambler and a part-time playboy. Tae San slaps Godori and reminds him he is a part-time playboy, not the host.
He reluctantly takes his assignment. The older woman waits anxiously for him. She usually comes with her friends, but this time she wants to spend all her time with Tae San. She gives him an expensive suit that actual fits him.
In another part of the club.
Madame Jeong, early 50s, is on her knees sobbing and crying.A group of men stand against the wall. Moon Il Suk, a tall distinguished man in his 60s, enters the bathroom. Madame Jeong immediately apologizes to Moon Il Suk. Moon Il Suk’s personal bodyguard tells Mr. Moon they stop her at the airport. Moon Il Suk stoops down. Madame Jeong and the Mister Moon are face to face. Her voice trembles while she pleads her case. Moon slaps her so hard she loses her balances. She crawls fast to her original position. This time she begs and pleads even more. Moon orders his men to chop off her fingers.
In the next room, an auburn beauty sings a boring and dull song. It’s the only song she knows.The party guests in that room throws her out. She puts into Moon. She tells him she keeps getting kick out because of her singing. She sings the first line. He cringes at the sound of her voice and tells her she can sing for him in another private room.
Later that night
The older women and drunk Tae San walk down the street. She leads him to her hotel. Moon and the auburn beauty rides in his car. He offers her the chance to have her own business instead of working in the club. The driver turns his head to join in the conversation. Then THUMP. The driver hits Tae San. Tae San gets up. He recognizes Moon and the auburn beauty. The beauty hides her face.

Tae San rolls in bed and swings his arm around the older woman.He wakes up in an instant. He blocks the bright sun with his hand. He admits to himself that “Whiskey is his enemy.” He opens his suit jacket and finds two million won stuffed inside. His three co-workers sees him leave the hotel. His ways embarrass the other playboys, but he is quickly forgiven because he went to jail twice for Mr. Moon.
He rushes in his apartment and throws his suit jacket on the floor. His roommate, Jo Muk, is ready to eat breakfast. Tae San sees the hangover soup and immediately grabs it. His roommate is curious about Tae San’s true identity. Some people say his a gangster and other say he is good-for-nothing. Tae San agrees and says his both because he has loose screws in his head.
Jo Muk sits on Tae San’s jacket while eating his food. He notices where he left his jacket. Then he kicks Jo Muk off of it. Confused Jo Muk doesn’t understand why a man with loose screws bothers about how his clothes look. Tae San simply replies he doesn’t know who he’ll meet, so he wants to look his best at all times.
Tae San works at a pawn shop. The auburn beauty wants to pawn her necklace. She smiles at Tae San and asks about his suit. He ignores her and hands her the money. She takes the money and leaves. His co-workers teases him. She ‘only comes by’ to see him. He ignores him.
A few minutes later, his boss comes in holding a small gold pigin his hand. He tells Tae San that another pawn shop was con with another fake pig. Tae San needs to pay him the money he lost. Tae San and his boss starts arguing. Then Tae San throws the 2 million won the older women paid for his services.
In Hye, Tae San’s ex-girlfriend, enters the pawn shop. She hears the two men arguing. She yells out Tae San’s name.
Several minutes later
In Hye and Tae San sit at a table in a coffee shop. She wants him to take a blood test for her daughter. He asks if she goes around asking people to take a blood test for her daughter. Then she tells him she is eight years old. She needs a bone-marrow transplant. WHAM. He realizes she had the baby he demanded she aborted eight years ago.
Soon Jin, 8 year old, and her friends play soccer through the hospital hallway. A friend of her mother’s, Seung Woo, stop her and tells her she can’t run down the hallway because she’s sick. Soo Jin starts crying because her friend just died and she wants to wrestle, play soccer, and do other fun things before she goes to heaven. Seung Woo tells her she is not going up there yet because if God takes her it would ruin the social order. They both smile and laugh. Her mother, In Hye, walks in the room. Soo Jin asks him to keep the secret between them. In Hye sees her daughter’s toy, Ting Ting, and tells her to throw it away because it can make her more sick. But Soo Jin says that she hasn’t done the good bye ceremony yet. She will throw Ting Ting away after the good bye ceremony.
People stand in line with empty jugs. Senator Jo, a sophisticated lady in pink, walks to the end of the line. An elderly man offers his spot in line. She refuses because a lady doesn’t cut the line. Two elderly ladies overheard her. They agreed. Senator Jo recognizes one of them. The shortest one makes delicious rice cakes. The tall one comments on whether Senator Jo carries a credit card. Senator Jo says she carries a debit card.
More than one or two hours later
Senator Park sits in office with three politicians. They try to convince her to run for Mayor of Seoul. She refuses their offer. Her last political duty is to improve the Welfare Department after she completes that. She plans to retire from politics and take care of her son.
Mr. Moon and Senator Jo secretly meet at a safe house. The auburn beauty recognizes Senator Jo from the newspaper. The auburn beauty clicks a remote control to turn on the hidden digital camera. The auburn beauty is really an investigative reporter. She goes to a cybercafé to send an e-mail to her friend. She finally met Senator Jo and Mr. Moon together.

He lies to her and tells her he is on his way. She shock to see Tae San arrive earlier than expected. The pediatrician takes a sample of Tae San blood. He asks about his daughter, Soo Jin. In Hye interrupts him. She walks out the pediatrician’s office. In Hye demands Tae San never see his daughter since he never had an interest in her.
Tae San wanders into the pediatric ward. He sees Soo Jin. She taps and swirls her right foot just like he does. Soo Jin calls out, “Daddy”. Tae San looks to the side. He waits for someone else to respond, but he is the only one there. He walks back to the front as fast as he can. Soo Jin runs behind him She calls him “Daddy” again.
