This drama was one of my first times of watching Chinese dramas and I loved it!
The cast was amazing (Hawick Lau, Bai Bing, Ying Er) and the acting was overall well played, however sometimes it could be too fake.
In some certain bits of the storyline, it got really complicated and sometimes even boring, but made me wan't to re-watch it again and understand the characters more.
This also made me watch painted skin (the movies) and the first drama :'D. Yeah I'm obsessed (especially with the ost).

My Favourite character was Xiao Wei played by Bai Bing; Xiao Wei and Ice Lord were my favourite couple in the series :)). I would definitely recommend more people to watch this drama! :3

I actually got a bit annoyed at the princess and the main guy actor in this drama. Usually taiwanese drama don't make me feel this way unless only korean dramas lol.
However, if you like historical times, taiwanese and have nothing to watch (like I do since I watched so many) then watch it. It's not too bad.

Good drama. I watch both 1 and 2, and hua Pi 2 are much better. Wang Yi does not deserved Xio Wei, soo undecided. Demon slayer, always annoying and selfish. Poor xio wei to wait a thousand years to finally realise her destiny ????????.

this drama is for you if u love nine tail theme . i don't want to tell story but it really good what i don't like is the ending why she chose became fox again
after this drama i became fan of Bing Bai and she really did super job
