Dr. Frost (2014)

Both main male character's lack something because of an event in their childhood.
In Stranger the main guy lacks emotions due to a brain surgery during childhood.
While in Dr. Frost the main guy has trouble sympathizing with other's due to an injury to his frontal lobe as a child.

Dr. Rintaro and Dr. Frost both focus on psychology . If you like Dr. Rintaro , you also gonna like watching Dr. Frost .

He and she and their team. World of crimes, suspense, detectives, police. A developing bound between male and female lead (in "Dr Frost" - only a feeling of romance).

Both have to do with Psychology. Sometimes Psychopaths, more so in I Remember You. Both Main Leads play Professors. Both help out the Police with their intelligence. There isn't much romance in Dr. Frost, but there's some in I Remember You.

Both have to do with the mind/Psychology. Liar Game has less to do with the law than Dr. Frost does. Both drama's have at least one Psychopath present in them. Plot wise they aren't much alike, Liar Game's plot has a game show, whereas Dr. Frost involves the main lead working with the Police.

Bots are about love and psychology. Both are really good dramas. And the acting is very good . it's worth watching.

[Spoiler] The fourth episode of this drama and the first episode of the drama Dr. Frost have the same theme, about two characters are alike in one way or another, one is a famous while the other not so, And a conflict of ambition in mysterious ways.

-The male lead in both dramas are cold and experienced in their line of work.
- The female lead is a newbie or in case of Dr. Frost a student.
- They are not investigators but they help the police.
- Dr. Frost focuses on the psychological aspect while Dr. Qin leans towards the forensics
- The main plot of the story focuses on the life of the main leads and they both have dark pasts.
- Both dramas have interesting crimes :)

Both dramas are about solving cases by finding the cause or disease (DF - Psychology , GQ - Rare diseases during Autopsy)
Both are of the same channel OCN
Both dramas have suspense, thriller & serial killer in between
Both ML has a past which they don't share to others easily
Both ML are well known genius at very young age in their professional fields

Both male lead became a professor at a young age, high intelligence and lacks social skills. Both of the female lead becomes the male lead's personal assistant to solve crimes.

- Both have a tragic past
- Both ML family died in an accident & have a disability/specialty given to the brain after it
- Both ML works in medical/psychological field related to brain
- Thriller/Mystery/Suspense
- Brain experiments are done in it

In both of these dramas the male lead is incapable of feeling, understanding, or expressing emotions, yet they have learned to surpass their "disability." Rather than simply cope with their inability to feel, they have adapted in such a way that makes them a genius in their respective fields. They are interestingly complex characters in a medical and investigative world.

Both of these dramas are centered around a cold, misunderstood doctor whose hair has gone white; for Black Jack it's only a streak that's lost its color, but for Dr. Frost it's all his hair. Both of these dramas are also adaptations of a manga or webcomic.

Although these two are set in different time periods, they both are detective shows with an almost sherlock holmes & poirot feel to it. I think if you like one, you will likely like the other, and therefore I'd reccommend.
