Both are Medical dramas written by the same writer...and the story revolves around the struggle of some of the best doctors in Korea.

Both dramas are written by the same writer and are both take place in a University Hospital. There are good and bad doctor in both dramas.

It's a medical drama and it reminded me of this drama a lot.
