Definitely worth checking out
"Ru Hua Ru Tu" is a fast-paced and exciting drama that combines elements of fantasy and adventure with a touch of romance. The story follows the journey of Hua Ling, a determined and stubborn girl who finds herself trapped in the world of a novel. With her knowledge of the plot, she sets out to prevent Demon King FuTu from destroying the world. The plot of the drama is well-crafted, with plenty of twists and turns that keep the viewer engaged. The characters are well-written, and the performances are convincing, bringing the story to life in a compelling and emotional way.
One of the strengths of the drama is its use of fantasy elements, which add a layer of excitement and intrigue to the story. The special effects are well-executed, and the settings are stunning, transporting the viewer to a world of magic and wonder.
Despite its many strengths, "Ru Hua Ru Tu" does have some weaknesses. At just 20 episodes, the drama feels somewhat rushed, and some of the character development and relationships could have been explored in greater depth.
Overall, "Ru Hua Ru Tu" is an enjoyable drama that offers plenty of excitement and entertainment. The story is engaging, the characters are well-written, and the special effects are impressive. If you're a fan of fantasy and adventure dramas, this one is definitely worth checking out.

Great mini-show with unique characters
This is a great mini-show. It’s funny and different since it’s about a Demon instead of “just” a normal man. That challenges FL who is supposed to change the story because the plot would result in the Demon destroying the world. The problem is that her appearance messes up the plot in an unpredictable (and funny) way. I really love those kinds of twists.I read in the comments that this had a “Love between Fairy and Demon”-vibe and I fully understand that, LOL.
Character wise: FL is clever and cute. ML is scary but also shows feelings when surprised by FLs advances. His reaction to FLs touch while in trance (communicating with his people) made me laugh and feel embarrassed at the same time.
Acting wise this is very good even if the short format makes it feel rushed. I ended up watching the show with reduced speed (0,75). That felt like the right speed.
Since it’s so entertaining but open-ended, I can’t wait to watch season 2.
So, if you love a good mini-show that has different characters than normal, this is definitely well worth watching.

Nine tailed demon king falls for a complicated heroine
Nice spontaneous play by the FL Li Lulu (Hua Ling) who flashes lovely smiles. Lots of fluff. The story is somewhat convoluted with the off voice of an "NPC" that is supposed to help the heroine unravel the intricacies of a "predestined fate" that turns out to be anything but. Like the tangled red thread of the matchmaking god. The Demon king has a cute and spectacular nine fox-tails that flash out on occasion. The "senior brother Shen Yan" leader of a demon hunting sect, turns out to be different from expected - he is played by Richar Li (Li Fei) who also appears as "Fang Wu Yue" in black and red at the brothel, as is shown in promo clip 2, available on dailymotion.
The bullet-time drama (2'+ episodes) glued together in 30' episodes x2 is not available any longer on Youtube, but original episodes can be watched on dailymotion or on myasiantv.
