Hokaben (2008)

In both dramas the main role is trying to do things that are new to them (ie. beginner lawyer/bounty hunter). Their character development unfolds through dealing with separate cases in each episode. Difference: HUNTER has more "room" in the series for fun moments.

Different job roles, a lawyer and a reporter but both are focusing on different cases through the episode and how they deal with it. Great amount of peer input from their colleagues and super character development. the stories are only getting better through both show.

Both drama has young female lawyers. I have not watch the Japanese one yet. It has a beautiful talented main female lead. Both FL were in entertaining industrial at very young age. However, the Japanese drama I think did not execute right..
